Tried to make me pay for an included product already purchased stating it was an add-
The protection and VPN work as they are suppose to, they do their job. But after 6 months suddenly my VPN would let me connect, saying I had to upgrade as it is an add-.?? Umm, no i purchased a 12 month subscription which included VPN but if I wanted the add-block that was an add . I didn't purchased this. I contacted there online support and went back and forth repeating myself and being told over and over again that no its an add on and purchased the add . No, I sent them the invoice which I explained they should have all this information at their finger tips, also my subscription history and no add on purchased, nothing of the sort. Double checking their website and yes, confirming that VPN is indeed included in the 12 month subscription. They continued to tell me other wise until I advised them that anti virus companies are well known for these illegal tactics. And surprisingly within moments i was advised they will reactivate my add on VPN ( which as per their website isn't an add on at all) The only reason I'm with them, is because they are the only company that offer a VPN that will run on my old windows 7.1 computer, when it finally dies, and I upgrade I'll certainly be using another company

Impresentables, no avisan de la renovación y me cargan 129 euros, más cuatro veces más de el cobro inicial. escribes reclamando y solicitando anulación y te contesta un automatismo. No hay forma de contactar con ellos. Es una vergüenza este tipo de prácticas. Miraré donde denunciar este tipo de prácticas.
