Pc werd spoedig gebouwd en geleverd. Via klantendienst makkelijk voor de aankoop vragen kunnen stellen. Zeer stevig ingepakt. Niet tevreden over levering ups maar door het extra stevig inpakmateriaal is schade aan de doos niet tot aan de pc geraakt.

I have the a Recoil 16 inch with a Nvidia RTX 5070Ti since 3 weeks, I used it with DaVinci resolve, installed plenty of softwares and tested it benchmark softwares, I also opened it to add a spare nvme I had. It works fine! The personalisation and the information on the website was extremely good. The battery is strong and it lasts long. The touchpad gets quite hot while the laptop is recharging (but temperatures inside where between 26 and 29 degrees). Frame is beautiful, very nice at touch. Keyboard woks very well but the prints look quite 'square'. Building quality feels very solid. I appreciate that I could follow the different phases of the building and testing of my laptop on the website. It was build and sent in a few days. Price very good compared with other brands. To cool it down when it's very hot I have to use Control Center and set the fans on Fan Boost. Screen exceptional. Touch pad big, good at moving but not on clicking, it doesn't take 100% of the clicks. Sound OK, video's are hearable, but could be better. Very powerful machine with a Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 Processor 275HX. Delivery: not happy with it. It wasn't communicated that the laptop would come from outside the EU (UK). The UPS courier and follow system was not clear and trustable. The package was halted at the douane. The package was delivered at my door without waiting for me to sign and without checking that I would actually pick up the parcel.

Ik ben heel tevreden over de computer en over de service! Ik had onlangs een probleem en kreeg zowel telefonisch als via mail per direct antwoord. Vriendelijk personeel en ze bieden echt heel snel hulp. Ik zou dit iedereen aanbevelen! Bedankt!

Intuitive and High Quality
I bought from PCSpecialist as my second PC. I built my first PC with help from a friend many years ago but I did very little of the real work and even had help picking out the parts. It was fun but not something I needed to do a second time. PCSpecialist has a very intuitive builder page, for someone with pretty limited knowledge of what I actually wanted, that showcases each and every part my build would need and whether or not the parts I selected worked together. Once I finished my selection and submitted payment, I was updated via email every step of the way with anything I could have wanted to know including payment processing and any transport issues, what step of the construction they were, and when I could expect to receive my new PC. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently and I am super happy with my new PC. My 1 and only issue was that on the builder page only some items had visible prices and most I could only gauge the price of by look at how much the total price would change by when switching between options.
