LOVE this company
First their slimes are so cute! I bought 3 for my daughter’s birthday and she LOVES them! The sticky fix spray did leak all over the box and was empty upon arrival . I reached out to customer service and without question they sent a replacement right away. I just received it, and they sent us 3! Hands down the best customer service out there really 🤍

I love the slimes as gifts to my teenage kiddos because I run a small pizza shop also I buy them for my self so we always have a great time playing with slimes on our down time. I've spent alot of money here because the product is worth it.

Was a customer but no longer
Was a customer but no longer! Customer service was terrible with response time and sarcastic about product leakage during transit. I had a complete mess when opening the package and after my first complaint (no photos requested) they then wanted photos which I did not have with the complete leakage. Their responses were sarcastic about my leak and replied with leakage happens in different temperatures? Bottom line is they did nothing and lost a few customers for good.

Amazing Slime and Outstanding Customer Service!
I had a great experience with this slime company! My original order arrived with some of the slime spilled out of the container and into the box, but their customer service responded quickly and completely resolved the issue by sending a replacement. The slime that arrived safely was amazing—my daughter absolutely loved it! I also highly recommend purchasing the Fix-It Kit because it is definitely worth having. Excellent products and customer service—we will absolutely continue ordering from them!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - placed order that was damaged in transit. Slime was all over the inside of the box, accessories, etc. Provided pictures to customer service. They refunding one slime. Birthday gift that they said a 10 yr old had to clean up herself. Will never purchase from them again - filed a complaint with BBB. Buyer beware.
