PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, PRIMA ANCORA DI INIZIARE...
Mi dispiace dover recensire negativamente questa azienda 'leader' nel settore, ma la mia esperienza si è dovuta concludere prima ancora di iniziare... Chiamo per chiedere di POTER PARLARE con un addetto alle vendite perché interessato ad un usato (dopo essermi presentato ed aver esposto bene la mia richiesta). La signora addetta (Simona) mi chiede alcune info e mi dice che sarò ricontattato. Poco dopo, ricevo da un addetto alle vendite (Antonio) un messaggio tramite Whatsapp con allegato un preventivo che, oltre al prezzo di vendita, aveva in aggiunta solo altri costi aggiuntivi ma dettagliati. Io avevo chiesto di POTER PARLARE per saperne di più sulle caratteristiche e condizioni dell'auto e magari poter avviare una trattativa, tenuto anche conto che vivo a circa 700km di distanza (cosa che avevo ben specificato). Ero SERIAMENTE interessato ad acquistare il veicolo di mio interesse. Non credo proprio sia questo il modo migliore (e l'unico) di APPROCCIARSI AD UN CLIENTE 'UMANOIDE' per una trattativa, che avrebbe bisogno non solo di essere soddisfatto per l'acquisto, ma prima ancora di ESSERE ASCOLTATO! Buone 'vendite'...

Scarsa serietà già dal primo contatto
Pessima esperienza. Sabato mattina avevo appena iniziato un approccio per l’acquisto di un’auto e sembrava tutto avviato, poi richiamo poco dopo e mi dicono che la macchina è già stata venduta. Zero serietà e nessun rispetto per il cliente. Se un’auto è in trattativa, anche solo all’inizio, andrebbe gestita con più correttezza. Non lo consiglio.

Distrazione a rimontare un ignettore
Dovevano mettere a posto 1 ignettore e nel rimontaggio non si sono accorti di di mettere la rondella giusta e questo a causato un'altro guasto all' ignettore. Sconsiglio di andare lì per riparare la vostra macchina

Never buy from Penske trucks
I am a first time truck owner operator and I went to purchase my Freightliner M2 box truck from Penske. Horrible experience from the beginning to current day, it took them 4 months to deliver the truck, yes it was a used truck and they said they were changing stuff and repairing stuff and when i finally got it, i realized that the truck is a complete lemon. Everyday i have a new surprise, first it had coolant leak, then it was the throttle body problems, then it was numerous exhaust sensors, now after a month its consuming oil and today i got a Engine cylinder misfire check engine code. Yes i was smart to buy warranty but what kind of trucks are they selling for 40,000 plus and then they don't want to own up to anything. Their service folks in Baltimore were nice and fixed a few things intially but then they were like that its past the 15 day mark and we cant do anything anymore. Caution and watch out folks
