Avoid avoid!!!!!
I will share my experience with Perla Dental Clinic in Antalya. So my first visit was last year 2025 in Ferbruary. Had my all teeth shaved,24 crowns,7 root canals and 4 implants placed in lower jaw. Came out from clinic happy but with sensitive teeth but as clinic said thats normal for few weeks,ok trust the process. But then the problems started. Night before to go back to UK(it was Saturday) 2 crowns fell out,havn’t been cemented,tried to call my coordinator many times,no answer. I was very angry and uppset,got a response from coordinator when I was in the airport already. Came back home,ordered cement and cemented crowns by my self,because was not coming back till end of July. Time going but sensitivity not getting better,just worse,coudn’t eat on one side at all,on another side sensitive but through the pain I was eating,because I need to eat . Gums bleeding badly. After some time front teeth sensitive,coudnt even drink room temperature water. Came back to clinic end of July 2025,4 crowns placed on implants,been told all good. Crowns havnt been replaced were I cemented by my self,been told I did it very good. Shocked… But sensitivity still bad,xray done,been told no issues at all,it will go away. Came back home,going worse and worse… Came back to clinic again in the end of November 2025,was crying,asking to do something,2 root canals been done,1 of them was redone 2nd time. Came back home,not getting better,been in pain until February 2026,came back to clinic,was ready to extract all my teeth but been advised that lets do root canals on all teeth and change all crowns,at least I will try to save my teeth. Ok,lets do… It was worst decition ever… Now I have inflammation in most teeth,failling root canals,minnor swelling on one side of my face. 2 CBCT scans been done,one in Lithuania,second in UK,have reports from them,but Perla Dental does not accept them. I have brigde extracted there in UK because of infections. Already contacted other clinic,looking for all teeth extractions in October,I am in pain and such a big discomfort. You might be lucky with your treatment at this clinic but if not,you will end like me… I already spent 10000 pounds and still will need 8000 pounds for new teeth…

A Very Disappointing Experience
I would not recommend this dental clinic. Be careful when choosing a dental hospital, and don’t rely solely on social media or marketing. Our experience was completely different from the image they present online. They made a serious mistake during my treatment, and instead of taking responsibility, they kept trying to justify themselves without providing any evidence or proof. To make matters worse, we ended up having to pay extra because of their mistake. Their marketing makes them look very professional, but our experience was completely different. They seem to care more about their image than about their patients or resolving problems fairly. This happened today, and I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. I expected honesty, accountability, and proper customer care, but unfortunately, I received none of those. I hope they improve the way they handle mistakes and treat their patients in the future. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Ein ganz dickes Lob an die Perla Dental Klinik. Ich als Angstpatient kann euch mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, wirklich sehr gut. Alles war super von euch organisiert,von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Man muss wirklich keine Angst haben, läuft alles schmerzfrei ab. Ärzte und Personal sehr freundlich und einfühlsam.Bei euch ist man in besten Händen. Meine Freundin und ich sind mit schönen Zähnen,einem glücklichen Lächeln und ganz schmerzfrei nach 7Tagen Zuhause angekommen. Uns für die Perla Dental Klinik zu entscheiden,war das Beste was wir machen konnten. Wir bedanken uns bei euch allen für die sehr gute und freundliche Behandlung. Wir wünschen euch weiterhin viel Erfolg und alles Gute. ES GEHT NIX ÜBER SCHÖNE ZÄHNE und ihr habt es ermöglicht. Vielen, vielen Dank. Mit liebem Grüßen Erika und Anna

First class experience
Just returned to Glasgow after both my partner and myself getting our teeth done. This was my partners 2nd visit and my first as I only needed 1 visit. I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough the service is first class the way we got treated was exceptional From the very first conversation my partner had with Tavahna she has went above and beyond all expectations to the point where our house in scotland the door will always be open to her to come and stay Also Mahi and Serra the 2 girls who looked after us were also exceptional they showed so much caring and compassion to both of us Now to get on to the teeth We are both unbelievably delighted with the way our teeth look so natural So please anyone thinking of this practice rest assured it's a first first class establishment William whitelaw and Sharon mcpheely
