Amazing service provided by Dunc!
After weeks of searching for the right van i come across Peterpans Adventure Travel and i ended up with a van in a day. This just shows how good they are! The website is easy and very informative, as soon as i submited my booking Dunc reached out and helped me close the deal. He was very quick at responding and has great attitude. Had answers to all the questions and honestly its so nice to speak to a person not a robot online someone who is attentive and able to make the process smooth. Thanks Dunc!

Duncan - Great ambassador for Peterpans Adventure travel

Peterpans Adventure Travel - Motorhome Scam company
I am writing to explain what happened with my campervan booking for my trip to Perth on 17 July. When I made the booking on my phone, I was sent a link with photos of the campervan. The photos clearly showed a campervan with two beds, which is the vehicle I believed I had booked and paid for at a rate of $215 per day. However, when I arrived in Perth to collect the vehicle, I was provided with a campervan that had only one bed. I immediately contacted the company, and they claimed that I had selected a single-bed vehicle. I disputed this because it was not the vehicle shown in the original booking photos. I then tried to reopen the original photo link, but it no longer worked. After I informed them, they sent me a new link, which showed a completely different campervan with only one bed and a daily rate of $165. This confirmed that the vehicle I originally booked and paid for was different from the one they later claimed I had selected. PeterPans Adventure Travel acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication and agreed, via WhatsApp, to refund $240.68, excluding the credit card fee. PeterPans Adventure Travel works with JUCY, the company from which we collected the campervan. After JUCY saw the WhatsApp messages confirming that PeterPans had agreed to a refund, we asked JUCY to create a new booking for the correct two-bed motorhome and cancel the original booking made through PeterPans. Instead of cancelling the original booking as requested, JUCY only processed an upgrade. As a result, we were required to pay additional money for the correct two-bed motorhome. This made the situation much more difficult, and it appears that both companies failed to properly resolve the issue despite acknowledging the mistake. I have attached screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation as evidence of PeterPans Adventure Travel's agreement to provide the refund.
