Pevex - Newbourne
I have 2 stoves from Pevex and both are brilliant, the Newbourne is probably the best one, the most efficient, and it kicks out fabulous amount of heat and the glass rarely soot's up. Very Knowledgably outfit

Total Unfäig!!
Total Unfäig!! Dieser Baumarkt ist eine Totale Katastrophe und unfassbar unfähig in allen Bereichen!!!! Keine Ahnung was bei denen nicht funktioniert!! Bestellen ist wohl ein Glücksspiel oder wirklich nur Unfähigkeit um von einer Ware genügend auf Lager zu haben. Da wird wahrscheinlich erst eine neue Bestellung aufgegeben wenn der letzte Sack verkauft wurde.

Outstandingly Dreadful After-sales and Communication
We purchased a Pevex Bohemia X40 Cube last Summer (2022). Obviously, we didn’t use it until the weather got colder around mid-October 2022. At the end of March this year (2023), the door seal, which is made of some sort of synthetic rope and glued in position, became unglued from the door and started to unravel. Not a problem, I thought, it’s less than 12 months old, plus Pevex’s sales brochure boasts a “5 year guarantee”. However, after three attempts to get a reply to my emails, they finally insisted the door seal is not covered by their “warranty”! What?!? What about Statutory Rights?!? The door seal had lasted barely SIX MONTHS before falling apart! However, as a “gesture of goodwill”, they offered to SELL me a replacement seal and some glue for just under £25 (they’re actually cheaper on eBay!) AND then expect me to pay my Installer to fit it! So, I asked how long they expect their own factory fitted door seals to last and why they advertise a “5 year guarantee”, which they appear to have no intention of honouring? Unfortunately, again, there was no reply so I sent a reminder with a commitment to report their questionable sales practices and dreadful service and communications in a formal on-line review. I also advised I had reported them to Trading Standards. They replied(!) finally offering a replacement seal FOC to be fitted by my installer, who is an Agent for Pevex Enterprises. They also requested that I do “not leave negative on any forums and choose instead to deal with (Pexex) to give (them) the chance to resolve any problems as best (they) are able. Unfortunately, they chose not to answer any of my questions about their “5 year guarantee” or how long they expect their own door seals to last. So I sent them yet another reminder, but they didn’t reply to that either. Oh and there’s still no news about the whereabouts of the free replacement door seal I asked them to send to my installer. How many “chances” do they want?!? How many do they deserve? In closing, ALL the above can be substantiated including emails and photos, upon request. Pevex Stoves from Pevex Enterprise Ltd Please remember the name and check out any and all on-line reviews and feedback about them before parting with your money.

Poor service
Recently bought a Pevex multi fuel stove installed on 2nd June but in the light of the recent warm weather it has only been used 4 times. When needed the stove has been used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided by the company. On 22nd November we found the glass door cracked from a fixing point and in two pieces. We contacted Pevex by email, advising the date of installation and detailing the problem. We received an unhelpful response (albeit the following day) which basically said that the glass was not covered as the stove was installed more than 6 months previously. We pointed out that the installation was less than 6 months before but have not received any further response. Although the stove seems well made the service received has been poor. We have had to buy a new glass at a cost of over £70.
