I have been trying to return / exchange a product purchased from Pgytech. The process has been terrible. Do not pruchase online direct from Pgytech if you can pruchase elsewhere.

I had a great experience with PGYTECH
I had a great experience with PGYTECH. After placing my order, I realized I had selected the wrong color for my camera strap. I contacted their customer service, and they kindly helped me change it before it was shipped. There was a small issue with the payment link for the price difference, but their team responded promptly, resolved the situation, and kept me informed throughout the process. In the end, I received exactly the camera strap I wanted, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The strap itself is excellent—beautifully made, comfortable, and clearly high quality. What impressed me just as much was their outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I'm very happy with both the product and the support I received. I would definitely recommend PGYTECH and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Estoy encantado con los productos Pgytech. Hace años que uso sus correas y bolsas para cámaras y me parece que son de los mejores productos que se pueden comprar. No son baratos, pero son de una calidad excepcional, y cuando se trata de cuidar y proteger un equipo costoso, la inversión merece claramente la pena. Además, recientemente he tenido un problema con el servicio de mensajería al entregar un producto comprado en su página web y me lo han resuelto todo con rapidez, amabilidad y profesionalidad. No había tenido que recurrir al servicio post-venta anteriormente, pero he quedado impresionado por la forma tan satisfactoria como lo han resuelto todo. Pgytech es una de las mejores opciones que se pueden tomar para comprar accesorios de fotografía.

Really happy. Ordered and kept in touch, as it was a pre-order to the UK. Really helpful mails and good delivery once available. Really happy with the bag - 25L OneMo Tactical in Dark Camo and the perfect travel bag. Fits everything I need to go on vacation and super cool design that just works. Fit's my laptop, DJI Avata 2, landing mat, batteries, controller and goggles. Still has space to spare and smaller than my Torvol FPV backpack.

Bought one of there sling bags the 6l…
Bought one of there sling bags the 6l go solo.. So glad I did feels solid great size to put camera and a lens in also has lots of useful pockets to store stuff.. Great idea for the battery placement with metal magnet that show green or red for your battery and just found a fold out drinks holder.. Outstanding pgytech you made a customer for life il be back for more stuff soon.
