Scam - STAY AWAY
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would appreciate a prompt response from the company to resolve this. I signed up specifically to try the 3-day free trial, but received zero credits upon signing up, so I was unable to use the service as advertised. That same day, I attempted to cancel my subscription/account but could not find an option to do so. When I logged into my account, it actually indicated that I did not have an active subscription. To make sure there was no misunderstanding, I also contacted the company by email and through the chat feature to request confirmation that my account subscription had been canceled. Unfortunately, I received no response. Despite all of this, I was charged today. I would like the company to please explain why I was charged when my account showed no active subscription and I had already attempted to cancel, and I am requesting a full refund of this charge. I would also appreciate written confirmation that my account and any associated subscription have been fully canceled so that I will not be charged again. I hope the company will address this promptly. At this point, the lack of response and unexpected charge have been extremely concerning.

Denied legal EU refund/ Subscription
I signed up for this service by mistake and immediately canceled and requested a refund within the legal 14 day EU period without using the service. The support refused my refund and tried to force "bonus credits" on me instead. They even blocked my bank's chargeback request. This Company completely ignores European consumer protection lows. Total subscription trap. Avoid all costs!

Pls don't trust the reviews for this business. They are offering credits for 5 star reviews. I fell into the trap and paid for it and the AI is quite stupid and frustrating. It gets very confused with reference images and does not follow instructions well when it's more than one instruction at a time. It's not worth your money.

Horrible customer service/charged without any service
I was not able login and sent an email to cancel the trial. They confirmed that there was a technical issue and they will take care of the trial/billing. Instead of cancelling the trial, they charged me. I wrote several emails to get the refund, but they ghosted me. What a horrible service.
