The WORST Photo Editor
Photoshop on the web is slow, and missing most of the basic tools. You can't even add a blur effect it's so drained of all it's features. There are AI tools but they are the worst I've used on ANY platform. It cannot perform what you ask of it, and when it gives instructions they are so incredibly incorrect that I've never made it passed step one, as it's like it is giving you instructions for some other platform. Just awful!

Their subscription model is terrible
Their subscription model is terrible. The contact staff are there to string you along, they aren't clear on when you can and can't cancel without a fee, and they have now riddled the product with AI.

Very unhappy with PS Firefly
Very unhappy with PS Firefly, the dumbest AI they could have picked. They charge an expensive monthly fee and can't be bothered to offer a better "free" AI version. I keep running out of monthly credits because I have to re-run multiple times since it doesn't understand most of the times and gives absurd images even with a clean and simple prompt

Soooo many technical issues even with a state of the art laptop with awesome features. Aaaaaand guess what, they charge a huge cancellation fee! Do not get sucked in to using this product!

In recent years Photoshop has become almost unusable.
I've used Photoshop as a professional for many years. We even bought the whole lifetime product before Adobe cancelled the agreement worldwide with later updates. Currently Adobe Photoshop has become almost unusable. Working with a familiar tool is a wonderful experience .. but Adobe seem to want to break what wasn't broken. Its the modern world all over again. So, I'm actively looking to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription. There is no pleasure in using Photoshop anymore. Its not about the subscription itds about Adobe not giving a **** about their user base. We dumped Autodesk Studio Max for Blender and in fact Blender is much better than Studio Max so that worked out wonderfully. So next we will be dumping Adobe! You did it to yourself Adobe!
