Purchased a knee brace
Purchased a knee brace, it was too small after using the measurements from rhe manufacturer. I reached out to The Physio room who helped me resolve the issue. I was so impressed and rhe new sized brace arrived so quickly and has made such a difference for me.

I am still waiting for a response to my…
I am still waiting for a response to my ongoing query from 24 April 2026. I was sent an incorrect item, which has not been corrected. I have phoned and emailed, but the lack of a suitable response is beyond a joke. I was eventually asked to send photographic evidence of the wrong item that I received. I did this on the 11th May, and I am still waiting. When I initially phoned, the automated reply told me that the office was closed, and that I need to phone during their office hours. However, according to the website, the phone lines were open.

Order arrived all ok but no packing…
Order arrived all ok but no packing note included to return item. I have emailed 4 times with no response, messaged on facebook with no response. Very poor service. Still wanting to return item and unable to do so.

The delivery was fine. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and want to return my items. As per the delivery instructions I have emailed the company to arrange this but no response. When I telephone there is a brief message saying that the office is closed. Please see opening hours on the website. I cant find theses opening hours.. I have tried to call at all hours of the day and have sent more than one email about this matter .

DO NOT TRUST! THEFT! FALSE REPRESENTATION!
Purchased some essential supports. I am a registered disabled/vulnerable adult. It is currently 8 days since I placed the order and got confirmation emails. Carrier still showing they are waiting for the item. Still waiting for physioroom to contact me. Fixed income and this company has robbed me! DO NOT TRUST!!
