The best physiotherapy clinic in Berlin. The therapists are highly professional and competent, and the facilities are excellent. After my operation last year, they helped me recover 100%. I can highly recommend this practice.

Young, multilingual team with a broad range of treatments. Sometimes several patients are treated (by several therapists ) in the treatment room which makes concentration difficult. Excellent telephone accessibility.

I emailed the clinic asking a very straightforward question: “Could you provide a detailed list of all the deliverables that will be included in the report following the gait analysis session? Understanding the specific components and insights covered would be greatly appreciated.” Their response? “We do not offer this kind of service 😊” That alone was confusing—it’s not a service request, it’s a basic question about what’s included in the gait analysis. So I called to get clarification. The call was even more bizarre. I asked whether the analysis looks at things like muscular imbalances, uses any digital tools like pressure sensors, or if it’s purely analog. The woman on the phone said, “It’s not possible to provide this.” When I asked if she was front desk, she confirmed: “Exactly, and I’m no therapist, so I cannot give you any information about that.” I asked if a therapist could clarify things later, and she said: “No, because they are fully booked… They don’t do the extra work if you are not here in front of them.” Again, this is a basic question for a service that is being sold. When I asked if this might be a language issue and if someone else could help, she replied, “Okay, then I don’t understand.” This was not a professional or helpful experience. If you’re considering gait analysis and expect basic transparency or courtesy before booking, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
