Very good company who care about their customers!
I am very happy with the service I received from Pick Audio. We did have a small issue when it came to expected fees around importing to the UK, as the courier charged a fee over and above the usual import rate that I was not expecting. However, Pick Audio used my feedback to review their website, and made a small change to make this more clear to customers on checkout, and even refunded me that fee as a goodwill gesture! Problems do occur when ordering online, and whilst some companies will gladly pass the buck and not take accountability, Pick Audio really went the extra mile in after sales care to ensure I had a resolution that I was happy with, and I leave as a very happy customer despite this issue, and will 100% trade with them again in the future when the need arises. Other online retailers take note! This is how you do it! As customers, we do not expect infallibility; We expect accountability. Or to put it another way, issues will happen, but it's about how you act quickly to ensure the customer has a solution that they are happy with, and you put something in place to prevent the same problem happening again! Brilliant stuff, Pick Audio, keep up the good work! And I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
