**Very disappointing experience

**Very disappointing experience – I am requesting a refund for an unauthorized charge** My experience with HARNA has been very negative. I paid approximately €12 for a 7-day trial, and later discovered that I had been charged an additional **€48.79** without my authorization. When I contacted their customer support and requested a refund, I did not receive a clear solution. Instead of refunding my money, they repeatedly offered me free access, personal coaching, and various other benefits. I clearly stated several times that I did not want any of these offers and that I only wanted my money back, yet they continued sending me new offers. This way of handling the situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When a customer clearly requests a refund, they should receive a straightforward solution rather than repeated offers for additional services. In my opinion, the way the subscription and its renewal are presented to customers can be very misleading, so I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service. **I am still requesting a refund of the €48.79 that was charged to me.** Based on my experience, I do not recommend HARNA.

HARNAFIT (or whatever they call themselves, as they have several names) ARE SCAMMERS!

They are scammers!! I bought an £18.99 exercise app and they took £22.79, along with another £49.99, without my permission! They offer a 30-day refund but don't give it you! I asked PayPal to intervene but I think they get paid from HARNA and won't refund my money because they sent me a link (which I cancelled the same day and never used). DON'T TRUST HARNA; IT'S JUST A BIG SCAM. They said I got the "support" for only £49.99 but it should have been £120 instead! I didn't ask for this but it's compulsory with the exercises!!! 😡😡😡😡

ESTA EMPRESA ES UN FRAUDE

Esta empresa es un fraude, hace publividad engañosa para que sin tu tener conocimiento de lo que implica, ya que aceptas por un mes a 9,90€, luego le suman el iva que no te habian dicho que iban a aplicar, además resulta que no es 1 mes, sinó que es una suscripción que no te han anunciado y aunque tu optes porque tu tsrjeta no se guarde, al mes te vuelven a cobrar y ahora el csrgo se multiplica por cuatro y te cobran 50$. Una ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA 1 ./ PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA 2 ./ RECOPILAN UN MONTON DE DATOS PERSONALES, que no se sabe lo que hacen con ellos. 3 ./ Te dicen que te hacen un descuento 60% y luego le suman el iva 21% 4 ./ tu contratas por 1 mes, (4 semanas)o las opciones de 1 semana o 12 semanas. Y te enteras al finalizar el plazo contratado que es una suscrpción, lo que es una estafa. 5 ./ Como lo consideran una suscripción al mes te cobran el 100% según unas tarifas que nunca vistes, en mi caso el cambio en euros de 50$(dolares amrricanos USA). 6./ CUANFO QUIERES CANCELAR EL MISMO DÍA QUE EL BANCO REFLEJA EL COBRO, TE DICEN QUE PUEDES ANULAR, Y ANULAS, PERO TE FICEN QUE NO TE PUEDEN REEMBOLSAR EL IMPORTE, QUE PUDES ACCEDER DURANTE UN MES O EL TIEMPO CONTRATADO Ó TE OFRECEN UNA OFERTA QUE SI QUIERES OLVIDARTE DE UNA SUSCRIPCIÓN QUE NUNCA SUPISTE QUE HABIAS CONÞATADO, ES MEJOR QUE NO ACEPTES ESA OFERTA. 7./ ESTA EMPRESA QUE USA PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA NUNCA INFORMA QUE SI NO QUIERES CONTINUAR TE PUEDES DAR DE BAJA A TIEMPO, PARA QUE NO TE PASEN MÁS CUOTAS. 8./ Cuando pagas y NO MARCAS LA CASILLA GUARDAR FORMA DE PAGO, ESTO ES FALSO, ya que el diguiente pago te lo cobran a tu tsrjeta que tu NO MARCASTE GUARDAR, con lo cual debería ser un delito. EN FIN TODO UN FRAUDE

The web site purposefully decieves the…

The web site purposefully deceives the customer into taking more than they want. They do not give a refund even if you quit immediately. Such a scam. Beware. Don’t do it Update. I have been emailing HARNA since the 21st of May. Their response makes it sound like they will resolve this problem. As soon as I realized that I had been deceived into taking more than the basic program I contacted them. I have never used the program. I have been charged $50 USD more for a program I made clear I did not want. They cancelled both immediately but, they never refunded me

They are frauds... stay away.. dont click anything on their website or ad.

I had a very bad exprience with them.. their Facebook ad is a trap.. they advertise it as 9 dollars.. and when u pay for it, another pop up comes telling that 81% weightloss is if u take meal plan..asking if you like to add meal plan .. when u click on it to look into details .. it directly deduct your money, without asking for any confirmation if i would like to proceed with that additional payment...when I contacted customer care and explained the whole scenario, they were ready to reduce the fee to less than a dollar and infact offered me 2 years of free subscription which I didnt want but refuse to return my money saying I dont fall under the category of refund.. in my opinion this is cheating and fraud.. how can u deduct moeny without confirming.. I suggest dont click on the ad itself.. So basically that 28 days challenge with Asian pirates is a scam.. u basically have to take 50 dollar mela plan which is never advertised and moeny deducted without asking... Stay away from them...
