Partial Refund, Missing Balance and No More Replies
PixTuner has refunded part of the unauthorized charges, but they have failed to provide the remaining refund I am owed after having promised to do so. After initially responding, their communication has completely stopped, and my follow‑up emails have gone unanswered. Considering the number of similar complaints, this seems to be a recurring issue. I’ve now escalated the matter to my bank and will be reporting it to the police. Disappointing experience.

Mucho cuidado con esta APP
Mucho cuidado con esta APP. No funciona bien y además las cancelaciones son imposibles. Yo ya llevo dos cancelaciones en años diferentes.Después de comentarme el primer año que habían cancelado todo, este año vuelven a hacer cargos recurrentes. Sigo peleando con ellos para ver si me devuelven lo cargado.

⚠️ AVOID THIS APP – SERIOUS BILLING CONCERNS I downloaded PixTuner from the Apple App Store after seeing a TikTok advert and attempted to use the advertised free trial. The trial did not work properly and, crucially, no subscription ever appeared in my Apple subscriptions or Apple purchase history. I tried contacting the developer through the support details provided, but my emails bounced back. I therefore had no functioning way to cancel whatever payment authority had apparently been created. I contacted Apple, who could not find any subscription or purchase associated with my account. I then had to contact Mastercard and ask them to block the recurring payment at source because I could not cancel it through Apple or contact the developer. I subsequently contacted the developer. They claimed that all iOS payments are processed exclusively through Apple and gave me a support address, saying they regularly receive emails there. I immediately tested the address. It returned a 550 delivery failure — the very support address they provided does not work. Then, on 22 August 2026, MONTHS after the original incident, PixTuner attempted to take a further US$89.99 from my card. Mastercard declined it because the merchant had been blocked. So, months after I thought this was dealt with, they were still attempting to take money from me despite there being no Apple subscription, no Apple purchase record, no functioning developer support and no way for me to cancel the alleged subscription. I have retained the correspondence, bank/card records, Apple information and email delivery failure. I cannot say what is happening behind the scenes, but based on my experience, this looks like potentially fraudulent recurring charging and I believe Apple and the payment networks should investigate it urgently. DO NOT give this app your payment details.

same as all the other reviews. You choose a free trail. did not received the final product. subscription is not in the list of subscriptions, so unable to cancel. billed twice already. unbelievable that this is possible. Send them a email, hopefully they sort it out the right way.
