Won't return my money
If i could give 0 stars I would! I ordered 40 dollars worth of food on 8-19-26 for delivery on the website from store 22455 shore center drive 44123 I waited over an hr and at almost an hr and half later I called the store that the website said and the person who answered the phone, rudely told me there were no drivers and I would have to pick my food up. Well first I dont drive and second I already paid for delivery and third the website should know that or that particular store should have called me.. Instead when I told them its been an hr and a half I'd like to cancel and get my money back, this employeed proceeded to tell me "he didn't take my damn money" and when i asked to speak to a manager I was told "thats me" I said well then I'd like my money back and I was told, "go to the website for that it wasn't me you paid" So I couldn't cancel my order and I never recieved it. I have been trying to reach "customer service" for a week now and there is no one to talk to other than the people on chat that say "I will pass this up to the higher ups" its been over a week and I want my 40 dollars back. No one person has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous. And that "manager" should be fired!

This is the 4th time we’ve used Pizza…
This is the 4th time we’ve used Pizza Hut Lewisham for a party, and we honestly can’t fault them! We use them at other times too and they’re always great. The food is always delivered on time and everything is correct, even though we usually have at least one order that needs altering. With the bigger party orders, the communication is really good too, which makes the whole day so much easier knowing the food is sorted and we can rely on it arriving when it should. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! 🍕😊

A fuir.... Arrivé à 12h30 -> 4 choix de pizza à moitié vide pour 10 personnes au buffet dont 2x les mêmes je précise toutes composée de jambon, lardons ou bacon... 13h20 -> dernier client... une table de 5 personnes dont 3 buffet à "volonté" Déjà 20 min qu'il ne reste que 2 morceaux de pizza et toujours aucune nouvelle cuison.La serveuse arrive on demande si il pense recuire des pizzas style marguerita? Il est 13h20... La réponse de la cuisine est NON Il est 13h20-> buffet à "volonté" jusque 14h. Trouvé le problème.... Payé 13€ par personne pour seulement 2 morceaux de pizza par personne... Je trouve ça honteux et mal honnête de leur part.... buffet à volonté à fuir... et aucun geste de leur part. Payé plus de 80,25€ pour 5 personnes et n'avoir eu droit que a 6 morceaux de pizza au total... vraiment honteux... dernière fois dans ce pizza hut
