Ordered pizza from pizzapizza last…
Ordered pizza from pizzapizza last night, and it was good but the delivery of that pizza was horrible, ordered in kelowna and driver couldn't be bothered to get out of his car buzz my number and deliver my pizza which is his job, no instead said it was delivered which made me go running outside of my apartment thinking he left it on the ground, to find him parked in his car and waiting for me hands it over like he is doing me a favor, if this is how they treat there customers I won't be ordering from them again.

$22.59 and my loyalty to PIZZA PIZZA went to waste. I was tempted by the New ANCIENT GRAINS CRUST , I checked the contents on that above the counter screen tv menu. it showed - on my choice - peperoni and jalapeno pepper . I ordered. I received it , it tasted sweet . I complained to the employees . I said it doesn't say anything about sweetness on the panel . Employees kept answering : that's how it comes . back and forth with no logical ending. I dropped the pizza on the counter and left. Then I called customer service, as soon as I told him the problem he simply hang up . Never will I ever deal or buy another pizza from Pizza Pizza, I had a order of 9 pizza's for a customer in Thornhill, Markham and went to the Pizza Pizza on Yonge Street at Royal Orchard and was told we don't deliver in that area any more, so I was told to go over to Bayview Ave at High Tech and right away told its not in our area, so i went to Pizza Nova and took my order and delivered. I made a complaint at there customer service and they told me that its up to each store to make that choice, Really I said. I went back to there head office and they reached out to that store and said they would deliver....TOO LATE . I moved on. My Pizza orders based on one year equals to $5000.00 for my customers and now they have lost this... Good Luck to this company going forward. Best Regards Bob Foster

Horrible service
Horrible service, drivers are rude and are expecting a tip! I hate PizzaPizza so bad. Shitty service. Get drivers that actually know how to do their job properly. Never ordering from them again. That’s why Pizza Hut is so much better. Teach your drivers have to be better at customer service!!
