Terrible experience!
Terrible experience. I made a purchase and spent almost $200. The website states that delivery takes 6-7 business days, including production time. It has been over 15 days now and I haven't received any information. Furthermore, there is no way to check the order status except through the "Shop" app, which only tells you that the order has been placed. We tried contacting their support via email multiple times, but nobody replies. We left comments on their social media posts and sent direct messages, but still no response. At this point, we assume it could be a scam. So, be careful and stay away. We will proceed to file a complaint and request a refund.

The company were fantastic to deal with and the bespoke sign was excellent quality and exactly as seen on the website. Loads of options available and extremely good value.

Cool sign for our wedding
We ordered a custom sign for our wedding in August 2026. It was perfect, arrived really quickly and was such a cool thing to have on the big day. I didn’t have to pay any additional duties and had no issues getting it delivered to Ireland. I would recommend getting the dimmer switch as the sign is quite bright. Customer service was fantastic too. I had a problem (my fault, I broke the dimmer remote). They were able to send me a replacement before the wedding. Happy to recommend to anyone!
