This company doesn't give a damn about resolving there mistakes
I ordered some Perspex from this company, when it arrived not only did they have the sizes wrong they also sent the wrong shapes, I contacted them immediately explaining they sent the wrong shape and sizes the only contact I've had from them was them saying the sizes are correct, notice, no mention of the wrong shape, I've tried and tried to contact them but they are not interested, they just ignore my emails. This company obviously have no conscience about customer service, and just don't give a damn about resolving complaints. So my advice is don't waste your money by purchasing from anything from this company

excellent friendly service
Living on a narrowboat and looking for acrylic sheets. I found that I was moored within a mile of the plasticshop. A quick pleasant phone call with measurements and I was able to pick up my order at 3 pm the next day. Staff easy to talk to and friendly.

Excellent service - well done
I had looked at having a small run of parts made but the high set up cost precluded this so I decided to have the parts made locally. Sophie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sort of rod I would require and provided an excellent service. The plastic rod was delivered pretty much the next day. All in all a good experience
