Disastrous support handling after dealing with a fraudulent seller The Issue: I purchased from a seller who turned out to be deceptive, leading to a canceled order and an initiated refund. The Problem: Rather than refunding to my original payment source or crediting my site balance, the refund was routed through a bank transfer—a method I cannot access or accept. Customer Service Failure: I reached out to support more than 10 times asking for a practical solution, such as crediting my store balance so the money wouldn't be lost. They completely refused to help or offer any workable alternative. There are reliable sellers on Plati, but if anything goes wrong, do not expect customer support to handle your funds fairly or competently. Proceed with extreme caution.

⭐ 1/5 — Nileas Seller — Extremely poor experience I strongly recommend avoiding Nileas Seller. I purchased an account from this seller and, after it had been working, the account was changed without any notification. It now requires a verification code that I cannot receive, leaving me unable to play for several days. I contacted the seller multiple times to resolve the issue, but instead of helping me, I was accused of reselling accounts. My actual problem was completely ignored, and no proper solution was offered. I have screenshots and the complete conversation proving what happened. Extremely disappointing customer service. I regret purchasing from this seller and would not recommend Nileas Seller to anyone.

Покупал годовую подписку YouTube Premium на Plati.market (заказ № 288319816). Спустя несколько месяцев подписка слетела, а продавец просто исчез. Обратился в службу поддержки площадки. Мне подтвердили, что продавец оказалась мошенником, вывел все средства и заблокирован. Однако решать проблему и возвращать деньги за недействующий товар площадка отказалась, сославшись на то, что средства уже выведены продавцом, и отправила делать чарджбэк в банк. Будьте осторожны при покупке товаров с длительным сроком действия (подписки, лицензии): Plati.market выступает лишь витриной, не дает реальных гарантий и не компенсирует убытки, если мошенник успел вывести деньги.

Sono cliente di Plati.ru dal 2021 e non avevo mai avuto problemi fino a questo acquisto. Il venditore non ha consegnato l’ordine, è stato bloccato dalla piattaforma per reclami, ma i fondi erano già stati prelevati prima che la disputa venisse risolta. La cosa più assurda: il supporto mi ha detto che l’unica strada per un rimborso è aprire un arbitrato WebMoney A MIE SPESE, senza alcuna garanzia di recuperare i soldi. In pratica, dopo che un venditore sul LORO marketplace mi ha truffato, il rischio finanziario e amministrativo ricade interamente su di me. L’importo (19$) non è alto, ma il principio sì: se paghi per un servizio, ti aspetti che ci sia un servizio clienti reale dietro, non un rimpallo di responsabilità. Dopo 5 anni come cliente pagante, non farò più acquisti su questa piattaforma.
