I've been a paying subscriber for…
I've been a paying subscriber for almost a year, and the service has only gotten worse. My ping is constantly over 400ms, making the game completely unplayable. The mouse moves, but it takes up to 20 seconds for anything to register on screen. Support asked me to run a traceroute test for 10 minutes while playing. The funny thing? During those 10–20 minutes, the game actually worked okay. But then, out of nowhere, it starts freezing, stuttering, and eventually quits on its own. I sent them the test results, screenshots, everything. Still no fix. I've been paying monthly for months, and I can barely use the service. I'm switching to another cloud gaming platform because this is just ridiculous. Save your money. Don't bother with this one.

GeForce Now - Great idea - So unstable
Updated 28/08 I've submitted 15+screenshots, endless system information and still no fix, all other GEForce games work nps except for Crimson Desert which failed with multiple connection errors immediately after the latest NVIDIA driver update, I'm paying for the NOW service and cant use the service, I want my months subscription repaid. Updated: 22/08 still cant get into game because of spotty connection, absolutely useless. Customer service totally useless, transferred from AI chat to human and nobody responded at all, what an organisation!!!, 2 hours on still no reply in the chat window!!!!!! A truly great idea to process the graphics for your game, at top level settings and then send the images back to you, rather than purchase a mega top of the range gaming computer costing a lot of money. To me I was considering buying one of those high cost gaming computers but was convinced to try GeForce NOW instead for £10 per month. Initially I was extremely impressed, I've been playing probably the best game of the year Crimson Desert after completing Sniper Elie 5 no issues, I really enjoyed what I subscribed too - BUT over the recent months I've been getting continuous alerts warning me about "Spotty" connections, I've had a bit of lag but mostly still been able to play and enjoy the game, my router runs at 385mps, my wired PC runs with 175mps so surely no issues. Last night I was playing, same alerts, but OK, today a complete disaster, following a updated driver installation the night before, constant warnings about the spotty connection and almost continuous disconnections within 1 minute of loading the game, making it impossible to play. I have no issues on other applications, I rebooted the router, rebooted the computer and I had no overnight game or Steam client updates and all my Steam game files verified. Even when the GeForce messages appeared saying there was a "Spotty" connection I did speed tests on my router ran at 385mps and my pc, still 175mps, no issues, the service believe me has got worse and worse over time, it to be the new NVIDIA driver. One star rating is only because I cant put a zero star entry:(

They cancelled my subscription the moment a card payment failed for the first time, but they happily kept the extra playtime that I'd just paid for (because their maximum monthly allowance is low for the Ultimate plan even). For such a large company, they could at least have a live help chat, not take a ticket and wait forever.

They shut down the Perth server without a single word. I lost my founders membership as it's useless now. Just disappointing. Don't bother with them if you are in WA. They shouldn't even be able to advertise here.

40-60 minute queue, laggy service, no more Perth support.
Bad. They closed WA Perth support and now the service is laggy. 5:30pm most days = 45 person queue that takes 40-60 minutes to get through... to play a laggy game. Can't play Overwatch reliably. It was good enough when they supported Perth when they closed their WA server I unsubbed and built a cheap desktop after 2 years with GFN.
