Awful customer service
I've played on the site a fair amount and made small withdrawals, £100/£150 etc. However on the 04/08 I won £400. So I withdrew and it sat pending until the 6th when I had to contact live chat and ask what the issue was, only then was I told to provide documents. Provided documents straight away, received an email back stating it would be 48 hours max... still hadn't received my withdrawal, so again I emailed and spoke to live chat, got the same Bs robotic response "upon review of your account blah blah" so today I asked to speak to a team leader or manager as stated was perfectly acceptable according to their own terms and conditions. I was told there was no manager available but miraculously they were able to tell me the accounts team would be in touch tomorrow. Well I received my withdrawal this evening, thank goodness, alongside a snotty email informing me my account has been closed effective immediately and I am banned from the group. It is almost comical! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Got an email offer of free spins, logged in and they want immediate payment. I want to read the terms and conditions of the bonus before I deposit, not be pressurised into giving them my money! I closed the deposit link and had to login again where it takes again to deposit. This keeps happening!

Actually the worst site I have ever played on not a single bonus has ever even broken even never mind given anything, hundreds upon hundreds of dead spins, withdrawals “pending” for days on end in the hopes you cancel itI actually don’t know how these sites get away with it. Everyone associated should be locked up

I made 2 withdrawals 2 minutes apart…
I made 2 withdrawals 2 minutes apart from each other received the second withdrawal of £10 but my first withdrawal of £1110.00 I haven't received just keep getting told they will be in touch via online chat and never receive a reply from them via email although I have emailed them on multiple occasions just seems like they are doing what ever they can not to pay out. why can you receive one withdrawal within 1 hour of making the withdrawal and then wait so much longer for another

NO NO don't ever play, I create the account and I had a mistake on the postal code I try to resolve this issue for a week, online costumers hopeless very un professional, sent emails about 15 emails to receive an response 40 hours LATER and all copy AND paste unser, SO NO NO DON'T PLAY THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. This is a shame on MALTA GAMING AUOTOIRITY, 2% GOOD SAYING IS GOOD WEBSITE, PLEASE REMOVE RUBBISH OR YOU IS COMPLISH, I reserve my mental health responsibility to you . Thanks
