Very Poor Communication With Curator Applicants
First of all, I’m a curator on some of the most reputable platforms, and I’m also an artist myself, so I take this side of the industry quite seriously and try to handle everything professionally. Until now, every other platform I’ve applied to has responded within a maximum of one week, whether the answer was an acceptance or a rejection. With this platform, I completed the curator application form and waited. After almost a month without receiving any response, I sent a follow-up email. I also submitted the application form again and followed up once more. Despite all of this, no one from the curator team has contacted me not even with a simple acceptance or rejection message. It has now been almost two months. For that reason, I would recommend that other curators considering this platform do not rely on it too heavily or expect a timely response from the team. Based on my experience so far, the communication with curator applicants has been extremely disappointing.

Subscription Still Not Cancelled After Over a Month of Support Requests
Review Unfortunately, my experience with PlaylistGrow has been very disappointing. For over a month, I have been trying to cancel my subscription and resolve my refund request. My account is still linked to their old system. I submitted multiple cancellation requests and refund requests through their official forms, and I also contacted support several times by email. Despite all of this, I only received responses saying that my case had been "escalated to management." I never received a clear confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled or that my refund was actually being processed. While I was still waiting for a resolution, my credit card was charged again. The most frustrating part is not only the money, but the complete lack of communication. I have used every support channel provided by PlaylistGrow, yet weeks later I am still waiting for a proper resolution. I genuinely hope my case will eventually be resolved, and if it is, I will happily update this review. However, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service. If you decide to subscribe, keep a close eye on your payments, save every email, and document every cancellation or refund request. TL;DR: I have been trying for over a month to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I used their official cancellation/refund forms multiple times and sent several emails. I was only told that my case had been "escalated to management" while my credit card was charged again. If you subscribe, monitor your payments carefully.

I tried the $14 trial
I tried the $14 trial, but the campaign was completely pointless. All of the playlists my music was placed on appeared to be ghost playlists, and the estimated daily streams didn't even reach five. I'm glad I only paid $14 for the trial. If I had paid more, it would have been a huge waste of money. I do not recommend it at all.
