Terrible Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with Plugin Alliance. I purchased a one-year subscription through Sweetwater, expecting a straightforward activation process. Instead, I was required to provide credit card information for a recurring payment, which is not possible for me as I work for a government organization with strict restrictions on using company cards for recurring online payments. I have contacted their support team several times, but the response and support have been extremely poor. I am still unable to use a subscription that I have already paid for. The lack of timely and practical customer support is unacceptable, especially for a company selling professional audio software. I would seriously reconsider purchasing from Plugin Alliance until they improve their customer service and provide proper support for customers with legitimate payment restrictions.

I'm done with Plugin Alliance 👎🏻
I've had a studio for over 26 years. Been working in ProTool since 2011. In the past, I've purchased Plugin Alliance products. A few weeks ago I purchased "Hears Perfection 1.0.0." Following their instructions for install and operation, the plugin did not function. I placed a request for Customer Care. Received an email that they would respond in two business days. From that point, they blew me off. I kept attempting to get the plugin to work. I was only able to activate it 2 out of 10 attempts. My opinion, they threw it out to us without proper beta testing. Then, refused to respond to our requests for assistance. It will be a cold day in hell before they see my money again. I'm done with them.

Horrible
Horrible. Been a customer since 2013, and they have now removed ALL my previous invoices from my account. Even ignoring that crime, they are totally unreliable. Can not expect proper response to questions or complaints. This company is dead.

Multiple unhelpful automated messages…
Multiple unhelpful automated messages in response to my being unable to authenticate the plugins because the authenticator is clearly broken. They basically just hide after selling you something.
