Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Avoid at all costs..
Avoid at all costs. Constantly changing rules, unable to claim any benefits, and even when the accounts has been closed (for 8 months) they take money form your account. Zero customer service via chat, telephone or email. Save yourself the hassle, and just avoid at all costs.

SCUM company!!
Plutus was the absolute WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, it was a complete SCAM. In the end, I had to close my account and suffer a significant loss because as a matter of principle, I refused to give any more money to this rogue company. I did manage to claim 4 months of subscription fees back via bank chargeback. Conveniently for Plutus, anything you put into the company has to be in British pounds but anything you get back was in PLU which became more worthless by the day. When the price of PLU plummeted, the owner kept using the term "intrinsic value" to deceive people into thinking that PLU still had some significant value. I am ashamed to say that this company was successful in scamming me. I lost money via monthly subscription fees and losing the PLU I had in my account. The monthly subscription cost outweighed any PLU I was receiving in return. I cannot believe this company is still trading and people are still paying a monthly subscription fee. Ask yourself, what actual benefit are you getting from your monthly subscription? They kept changing the rules to the detriment of the customers. In my opinion, the SCUMBAG owners of this company should be in jail. You do not need to take my word on how disgusting this company is, just read the hundreds upon hundreds of negative reviews here . They deserve the current 1.5 rating as it reflects the disgraceful way Plutus has operated. STOP paying your monthly subscriptions so this company can be shut down, sent into the abyss and never operate again!!

Try and avoid Plutus, they have gone down, but deep down like the ‘titanic’, Avoid them at all cost.

Avoid them. I joined long ago thinking it would be good perks. The result is no card to use and paying 6.99 for nothing for months. I finally tried seriously to cancel instead of being lazy and paying a subscription for nothing. Sadly, you click pause and the subscription restarts. The close your account page send you to 404 pages (for the Fill Out The Account Closure Form and Contact Support). The AI chatbot never connects you to a human. I tried to find a way to speak to someone, joined the Discord, and got banned nearly immediately with a message saying I was a robot. And zero answer from my emails (just an automatic message, not even a case number). Really frustrating experience overall.
