Difficult to assemble and corner ripped…
Difficult to assemble and corner ripped - Polar Recovery Sauna I found this really difficult to assemble, particularly fitting the frame into the outer cover/sleeve. I’m not sure if others have had the same experience, but the cover felt extremely tight and difficult to fit over the frame. Unfortunately, one of the corners ripped while I was trying to get the frame into the sleeve. Hopefully this can be resolved, but I’m disappointed that it was damaged during assembly. Also no clear instructions were provide to help with assembly of this particular issue. Even the video skips over this part. We'd bought this for £160 and now the price has gone up, not sure if the price increase is justified.

Working with Matt from Polar recovery…
Working with Matt from Polar recovery was a real treat. I am creating a wellness center focused around massage, saunas, cold plunge and yoga in Somerset UK and was ready to purchase my first sauna unit for clients to enjoy after their massage. A lot of research went into this topic and I am glad that my experience with Matt made the process easy in many ways. Communication was wonderful. Upon request we spoke on the phone only moments after contacting them through email. We chatted, he answered all my questions with great detail and confidence, related to my personal needs (school holidays and chatting around kids shouting in the background), expressed interest in my wellness center and made my experience 100% worth my time and money. I went for a bundle package in the end and Matt truly made me feel confident in my purchase not only for myself but for my clients. I am pleased to have spend my time working with him and would recommend him and polar recovery to anyone looking to try a holistic health routine! Absolutely buzzing with my sauna and…
Absolutely buzzing with my sauna and ice bath, much better than any I’ve bought previously. Mike and the team were also extremely professional and helpful with the installation and explaining how to use and maintain my new ice bath and Sauna. Would highly recommend.
