They took my orders for their retro gaming console in 2024 saying they would be ready in early 2025. It is now April of 2026 and there is Zero info on if or when they will ship. I foolishly thought I could trust them. I ordered several of the Base Unit Consoles and all the Modules and controllers for them. They shipped me all the modules and controllers... but it looks like I will Never get the base units I paid for. They won't communicate, they took my money and it looks like I have Very expensive Modules and Controllers that will only operate with the Base Unit, that I will NEVER get. Do No Ever pre-order from these guys and Only buy the Modules/Controllers After you get a Base Unit.

Vor Ewigkeiten den Gun Controller gekauft, natürlich auch bezahlt, aber Polymega versendet einfach nicht und hält alle Kunden hin. Kein Guter Kontakt, da einfach auf nichts geantwortet wird!

If I could leave zero stars I would. It took them approximately three years to ship part of my order. Three years. And despite moving apartments and having to wait six months for their nonexistent customer support to update my address, they still haven't shipped one of the peripherals I was stupid enough to order (the light gun). Amazingly Playmaji sent out emails over 7 months ago to update our shipping addresses for the light gun, which seemed like they would arrive by or around the holidays of 2024, but they have not. It's now nearly July 2025 and they continue to post videos of old games on their social media channels, but refuse to address anyone about their order status or product updates. This is easily the worst company in the video game business. The Polymega is actually very cool, but even if they announced a Gamecube or PS2 add-on tomorrow, which is something I would very much want, I would not give these people my money ever again. By the time you lodge a complaint with your credit card company, it's too late to do anything about it, because you're expecting a wait outside the 'cancel credit' window, but not expecting *this long* of a wait. It's going on four years now. It would be reasonable to give them some leeway during the pandemic, which we did. But that's all past. There's zero reason for the delays and the utter lack of communication.

I've made it to the end of 2024 as a happy customer of Playmaji/Polymega. It's been a long, rough road. But boy did they deliver on an awesome product! After a long wait (for me it was 3_ years) I'm loving my modules, installing games, and collecting more as I go along. Support being added along the way for greater compatibility is also a nice touch, although there is still a bit to go here as well. The Polymega game collections added at the end of the year are a nice touch to cap things off! Looking forward to seeing what may happen with the Atari relationship in 2025, and I'll be back to pick up more items soon!

Paid for a product over a year and a half ago and still not received it. All I have to show for it is a string of emails stating that it will be sent on the next shipping - over and over again. I have since reached out to the company to request a refund inline with European trading standards and non fulfilment of order/contract and have been met with radio silence. I know that many other customers are in the same position - some transparency around the dates for the manufacture of the product would have been useful and some honesty in terms of order fulfilment. The excuses and continued lack of customer service is now wearing thin and I really think that it is about time that Polymega actually comes forward with an explanation for everyone that invested their money in good faith. They must be sitting on piles of cash whilst thousands of customers go without their items. ( only lets me go back one year in terms of 'date of experience' but like I said 18 months and no items).

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
