Absolutely useless company
Edit - after offering us a partial refund oir case was closed with 0 refund or other solution given! Opening a brand new complaint as these people are determined to just scam people! Absolutely useless company, we paid £25 for a QR code at our recent visit to Legoland for all our ride photos to be stored and accessible online and yet we have only one of three photos available and its trying to charge us a further £15 to download and keep! We were not told this was the deal, and this company just keep telling us how to login to see our photos like we are morons - we are not paying you more money! We want a refund!

I fell for the Macy's scheme and it has…
I fell for the Macy's scheme and it has been nearly a month and I haven't received my package yet. I paid them but they can keep the money because they will need a job and some money when they eventually get put out of business. I have reported them to several fraud agencies. They claimed that they sent my order to Hazel Crest but where in Hazel Crest days ago but I have not received my package as of 5/14/26.

Deception of name. Don’t fall for the Macy’s star! Never received my order! Just consider it a donation of your money to the company!! I would have given them 0 stars but it wasn’t an option!! Very disappointed.

This company is the worst
This company is the worst. I got in touch with them because I couldn't download my photos from Lapland, but they never got back to me. Then, when I got in touch again, they said they couldn't do anything because it had been over 45 days. They also won't issue a refund. All I wanted was my photos from the day, and not only could they not provide the service I paid for, but the "Customer Support" agent was so dismissive and unhelpful. I wish I could give them less than one star. Horrible.

Echoing what other reviews say, this company repeatedly ask the same question in their reply , "What is you issue?!" When I clearly stated my photos are watermarked, I paid my money for this unlimited pass which wasn't cheap and can't access my photos without these marks. I have requested a refund as they don't seem to understand what the issue is as they asked me once again what is my issue and I have sent them attachments of my photos and my reference number of purchase, so it seems very straight forward to me unless the emails are being read by an automated robot? It's frustrating, When for not too much more I could of got my photos printed on the day. Please do not but an unlimited photo pass when you visit a theme park ,I had bought one previously and it was okay and I was able to download and view them straight away but on this occasion I have spent £25 for a few photos I now can't use. There is no one who understands who can help. I think when you buy these passes on the theme park website you think you are buying through them but it's actually a third party you're buying from and they have no contact phone number, if it works straight away, great- But if not you have wasted your money - Buy a couple of prints on your visit and save the stress, You will then have great memories of your day out.
