The best and easiest website to deal with
I have been shopping at Popcultcha for 12 years. I found this business when I was searching for a specific figure and couldn’t find it anywhere. Over the last 12 years I have made hundreds of orders. I’m not proud of how many orders I’ve made, or how much money I’ve spent. But I can’t deny they’re always the easiest and most truth worthy site I’ve ever dealt with. I have never had a problem with an order. One time I accidentally ordered two of something and I emailed them and the customer service team were quick, polite and easy to deal with. I’m mainly writing here because I was curious about their reviews, given I’ve shopped with them for so long. I’m really shocked at the score, to be honest. I have never had an issue with pricing, shipping, quality or customer service. I owe most of my horror collection to Popcultcha. Every birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, I use Popcultcha, and will continue to as long as they are open.

Zero stars review if it was an option
Zero stars review if it was an option. I don’t recommend buying from this company if you’re a collector and want your items to be in great condition on arrival. On 3 occasions now (yes I should have learnt) I have received Funko Pop Vinyls with damaged boxes ranging from scratches, tears, dents, and worn corners. It’s super disappointing as a collector to receive items that are damaged and destroy the value of product. There’s no care taken to preserve the condition of these when packing or in transit. Will not be purchasing from popcultcha again. Buy your funkos elsewhere guys!

DO NOT BUY BULK FUNKO POPS!!! I had ordered the sdcc 2026 Funko pop collection for $210 because I wanted the Lucy Funko but sadly I missed out, and when they arrived 5 out of the 9 funkos (Including the Lucy!) where damaged, ranging from corner rips to one of the boxes being practically opened. Safe to say I will not be buying from these people again unless they can ship there orders and they arrive at your door in one piece.

Ive been buying off popcultcha for a while and I am impressed with pretty much everything from quality and description to free postage over $100 and the postage is relatively inexpensive if you don't get the freeby anyway. But thanks to them my collection of origins he-man cartoon and masterverse is second to none. Thanks popcultcha team. Love your work 5***** out of 5
