Quick shipping but poor quality products!
The product was shipped quickly and arrived with no issues! However, the products themselves were so bad that I unfortunately had to throw them away. As others have mentioned, they had a very strange aftertaste that was almost soapy. I'm surprised that so many reviewers have said how nice the sweets were as sadly neither of the bags I bought were edible.

Not good customer service
Well I had been following this page for quite some time. I really enjoyed the ASMR, the fun of it and decided hey I am going to try it out ! I ordered twice upon my recent order , my candy arrived melted. I am not going to monitor weather for weeks at a time to be sure I order in a timely manner: this is exactly what they said to me when I reached out for assistance of any sort. I was sent a 20-% off order coupon and a lecture on how to order according to weather … I have unfollowed and I will not be purchasing ever again.

The best customer experience
I cannot say enough good things about this company! I reached out needing to upgrade my shipping to expedited to America so that everything would arrive in time for my son's birthday candy bar. Sophie got back to me so fast. She handled the upgrade immediately and made the whole process super easy. On top of that, I had left a little note with my order asking if the free mystery mix could be customized to fit his skateboard theme and they kindly filled the request! They didn't have to do that and easily could have just tossed in a random ready to go mix but instead took the time to personalize it for him. That extra effort really stood out to us! The candy bar was a huge hit with all our friends and family, and now my daughter is already demanding one for her birthday too. We will definitely be returning customers.

Not the size advertised that was delivered. Although the package contained every single candy the quantity of each candy item was under 2. For example, in the pre-made blue candy package. I ordered a regular sized package for $9.00 with shipping of $19.00. I was surprised at the size and also the candy included in the package. The package was small, and had much space because the candy quantity was so small.

Awesome packaging!
Made quite a sizeable order for various sweets and crisps . Quality of products received was excellent, all of order was supplied. I have to say I love the packaging that the weighed out products were delivered in. Packaging was totally resealable and airtight. I also love the hologram effect, it adds a wow factor to the products received, thanks very much, I’ll be ordering again soon!
