I've bought lots of items from Poppri
I've bought lots of items from Poppri, the quality of the items are first class, and if there are any defects they are clearly identified in the listings. I've managed to get some significant bargains from them, saving lots of money compaired with shopping in the sales or direct from the brand. I do note though that some of the items, whilst new, are several seasons/years old. I've found customer service very good and responsive if there have ever been any issue. On the downside, the shipping costs are extremely high around 3 times the actual postage cost (although packaging needs to be factored in). Typically postage is around 30 euro for delivery, and 10 euro to return back if returned with GLS or UPS. Poppri do not refund postage, so if something does not fit you can face up to a 40 euro loss. I do think Poppri do everything they can regarding sizing and measurements, but the only true test is trying an item on for size. The potential cost of doing this is should be factored into any decison to bid. I share the view of other reviewers, the 'Reserve Price' policy does not work, and simply start the bidding at the minimum acceptable price.

I used to love this company. Since Brexit, shipping costs to Europe have been extortionate For basic standard post - far more than a a regular consumer pays to ship internationally without the economy of scale a company can avail of. Combined shipping is a joke - we’re talking 10% off shipping costs that already run to €30 per item. Try & query & you’re told that shipping costs are clearly stated in the listing as though ‘don’t like it don’t buy’ is a catch all answer. The more concerning issue I’ve had is that several items I bought in that past year have felt fake. A Victoria Beckham shirt that felt like primark quality and that I could only find on aliexpress with a reverse image search; today an expensive pair of sunglasses that feel incredibly flimsy.

I used to buy often when it was a real auction, now if the reserve is not met they just cancel the listing. If you are not comfortable letting go of an item which hasnt met your desired price, just add the price and bid from there. Waste of time now days

The very best for less and great customer service.
Excellent garments from the top brands. Accurate size and condition reporting. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and discounts at around 90% as standard. What's not to like?

So many more negatives wiped off Poppri…
So many more negatives wiped off Poppri account eBay has lost credibility. The reserve auctions are ridiculous. I’m not happy to waste time repeat bidding attempting to get to their desired price point. Hint to Poppri. List it for what you are comfortable to receive. Have some respect. I am assuming Poppri has changed owners as it is clearly a very different attitude. The overseas postage is way out of control. Clothes are mostly not new, have been repaired with stains and they expect top dollar! Time to stop being precious and wake up. All in all, I’m mostly not even bothering to browse. Waste of time 💯.
