The idea behind Positive Grid's amp is…
The idea behind Positive Grid's amp is genius. Being able to tell it, duplicate the guitar tone of such and such band from such and such song, and then having it save that tone for you is, again, genius. The problem. Well, two problems: 1) It's a solid state amp and it sounds like garbage. 2) The customer service is so deeply frustrating. You will be dealing with unhelpful bots who use human names (I found Devon to be incredibly repetitive and infuriatingly unhelpful--kind of like a phone menu that keeps looping you through the same endless cycle). My advice: Buy a real amp from a company with real humans.

An absolute debarcle!!!!
An absolute debarcle!!!!! I oredered the new Neo Core headphones and they took ages to arrive - as always. On receiving them i tried them a couple of very short sessions with my bass and acoustic guitars. Even with the sound level very low I was left with ringing in my ears on the following days. So - I am trying to return them and boy oh boy it is a war of emails (I assume from the US) - they take at least 2 days to respond AND the response does not complete the return. You get passed around in the hope that the 30 days return period expires and then you cant send these £100 headphones back. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Good products but very, very, very POOR aftersales support. Avoid anything they sell, say or promise!!!!!!

Super Glitchy App
I own two Spark 40's, a GO and a Neo. The trouble with Positive Grid is not the devices but the app. It is super glitchy and frustrating. When it works, the package is great. I sit and jam to the numerous songs I can stream and the chords are great for gigs. However, it glitches much of the time and I literally spend days trying to get it to work again. It's just too unreliable to use for performing. Customer service is moderate to poor too. Can't really recommend and I wish there was a similar, more reliable product I could purchase.

The amp itself the Positive Grid mini…
The amp itself the Positive Grid mini is great for practice and busking but forget using the tones or the software tones rather, its a nightmare to setup and once its working it stops after a while. I've never liked software based tone controls anyway unreliable full stop, either use separate units or a all in one unit with presets.

Poor product, poor customer support
The first Spark 2 was delivered with a faulty ‘audio in’ port. Positive Grid support were good initially and sent me out another one. This was also faulty with a broken right hand speaker. Despite my sending them videos and audio of the problem, they refused to reply to any of my emails and I am now resigned to taking legal action in order to get my money back. Buyer beware this product and the company aren’t great in my experience.
