Expired Products and Zero Customer Support — Outrageous Experience
I ordered ten packs of the Nic Nac Spearmint 6mg from Pouch King International, and what I received was an absolute disgrace. Every single pack I got was past its expiration date — all ten of them. The shock didn’t end there. I reached out immediately by email to report the issue and file a complaint, and I’ve been completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, no attempt to fix the problem. Selling expired consumable products is unacceptable, and as far as I understand, it may even violate consumer protection laws. The fact that they don’t respond to customer complaints only makes the situation worse. I expected a simple, legitimate transaction. Instead, I got outdated products and radio silence. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Can I ask a question for any experts…
Can I ask a question for any experts out there, why do these pouch companies use chemical flavourings where one could argue that the safety of using such is debatable, I don't care what so called governing bodies say about these flavourings/additives been fit for human consumption, why can't these pouch companies use natural organic flavourings???
