Dealt with Pramac today in the head qauters in Rugby . Paul was absolutely brillant and also Andrew, both men gave us fantastic service and alot of their time even though we are only a small customer trying purchasing a single generator. Cant comment on the generator but possibly the best service have ever received.

Possibly the worst company ever
Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Battery failed within 11 months. No advice on battery maintenance during storage. Given total run around by Pramac and by the retailer. Just wasted £700, which is a lot of money for a pensioner. Website out of date. Contact number out of date. Manual inadequate and lacking necessary information. Verbal advice from Pramac ditto. Emails to Pramac are routed though a do-not-reply address. They don't respond to retailer's emails either. This review will also go to the same "do-not-reply" address. Utterly appalling company.

No response to email query
No response to email question relating to a generator, and I was just trying to clarify contradictory and missing information. The P2200i inverter generator was advertised with two different engine capacities depending on where you looked on their website, and it was listed as having an hour/power/frequency meter on the main advert, but not on the tech specs, and not visible when looking at the pictures. I also asked what the engine revs were at idle speed (I downloaded the full manual and it wasn't mentioned, unlike with other generator manufacturers) There were also two sizes (dimensions) quoted- it was all a bit of a mess, as if nobody really knew, and just copied and pasted what they were given... I really wanted to buy this, but if Pramac can't be bothered to respond to legitimate queries from a potential customer before purchase, what chance have I got if I have a problem or need spare parts after purchase? I waited three weeks and have now purchased an alternative product from a manufacturer who publishes coherent info. Such a shame, as the product itself may well be really good, but a total lack of support is no way to gain market share in a crowded marketplace.

Disappointing
Recently bought a P3500i inverter generator. On a positive note, it does seem to be a good quality product - smart looking unit & seemingly well built. Delivery was quick and it came with handy accessories such as a funnel, a supply of engine oil, correctly sized screwdriver and a spark plug wrench. HOWEVER, I have been hugely frustrated by the poor quality of the manual. It is self contradictory (eg two different pages with two different sets of starting procedures neither of which matches this model), missing detail (eg that you should unscrew compartment and connect battery for first use, how to properly use the choke), diagrams are pitifully small, sends you on false errands (such as filling battery acid which is not necessary on this model), overly technical (eg advises to drain fuel from the carburetor without diagram or instructions) and altogether inconvenient to read. Meanwhile, some buttons functions are simply not explained at all - eg AC circuit breaker button. I have wasted hours trying to make head or tail of it - is by no means a brief manual either! This is probably fine for a technical user who is confident in engine maintenance and/or experience of generators but I would not recommend at all to the average user. A big shame because I pushed the boat out for a more premium model.
