Matsato customer service gets a 10 rating.
After receiving my order I felt I was miss led and contacted Matsato customer support. I explained the miss leading ad to customer support and she was very understanding and apologized for the miss understanding and said she would be in contact with the marketing team to review and fix the problem. She then apologized again and offered to make good the ad offer and send me additional product and a gift of a pair of there kitchen scissors. I was not expecting this and was very pleased with both the additional product and scissors but more over the processional treatment of the customer support team. Great job. Thank you Eric

Matsato chef knife deceitful business tricks
I tried ordering a Matsato chef knife on the 17th April after viewing their website advertisement here in India. There were extremely dishonest 'dynamic advertising' slide-in windows saying that such and such a person in Mumbai had ordered three, and such and such a person in Delhi had ordered one etc etc ad nauseam. It was all a pack of lies, because when I tried to pay the amount stated in rupees, I was then informed that Matsato don't deliver to India. So why the hell does their advertising say that they do, and that Indian people are buying their products right now? I then received automated follow up pressure by email to buy their knives while the special discount lasts. This automated idiocy lasted for several days. I replied to each one to remind them of Matsato's decision not to do business in India, but the idiotic dishonest marketing claims still persisted for perhaps six days or so. Why do business with a company that can't be trusted to tell the truth?

The company is the worst I have ever used. They automatically take 2 payments even if you only click the one purchase option. Customer service get back to you whenever they feel like. You do not get the refund that you paid absolutely shocking company . Stay well clar

gekauft, getestet, Ergebnis negativ . Außer der Spitze ist ist das Messer nicht wirklich gefährlich. Die Werbung zu diesem Messer entspricht der Realität in kleinster Weise. Tomaten in so dünne Scheiben schneiden hab ich noch mit keinem Messer geschafft. PET- Flascher zerschlagen = träum weiter!!! ......Ich wollte einenSpeck in Scheiben schneiden. geht nicht. kein Einschnitt zu sehen. nur Speck kitzeln!!!!
