I subscribed to PresentationRefund requested within minutes – almost one month of delays and still no refunds.AI Pro …
I subscribed to Presentations.AI Pro on July 9, 2026. Within approximately five minutes of accessing the service, I realized that the product was not suitable for my needs and immediately contacted customer support to request cancellation and a refund. I made no meaningful use of the service and have no intention of using it in the future. Instead of providing a clear response, customer support repeatedly told me that my case had been escalated to a dedicated team and was under review. I was repeatedly assured that the matter had been marked as urgent and that I would receive a final decision as soon as possible. Weeks passed, and I had to repeatedly follow up myself. I was also charged while my refund request was still under review. Eventually, after almost a month, I was informed that my refund was denied and was offered additional credits instead. I do not want credits for a service I do not intend to use. I simply requested a refund after realizing almost immediately that the product was not suitable for me. What disappointed me most was not only the refusal to refund, but the extremely prolonged and frustrating customer service process and the repeated promises that someone would get back to me. I have kept the complete email correspondence documenting this entire process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This is a scam business
This is a scam business. Be careful about the "free trial". I got lumped with a £180 charge for the year. All emails to the business get immediately answered by an ai bot saying "we are reviewing your application". 12 messages and 3 months later my request is still in review. Total scam and also a poor, confusing platform even if you did want to use their services.

Best presentation tool
Tried Gamma, Claude, a couple others too. This is the first one where the PPT export didn't need 20 minutes of cleanup in PowerPoint. Best PPT export I've come across so far. A lot of tools make pretty slides that fall apart on export, this one holds together. Great designs. Great templates. But what actually sold me was the export working the way it's supposed to.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I purchased a Presentations.AI Pro subscription expecting a professional AI presentation tool that could help me create executive-level business presentations. Unfortunately, the product fell well short of my expectations and did not meet my needs. What disappointed me most, however, was the customer support experience. I requested a refund shortly after my purchase because I genuinely felt the product was not as expected. Instead of receiving a clear resolution, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated to senior management for review. Unfortunately, the promised updates either never came or required me to follow up repeatedly. Each time I enquired, I was told the case was still under review, but no meaningful progress or resolution was provided. The escalation process felt never-ending. At one point, I was offered credits instead of a refund. However, this did not address my concern, as my issue was with the product itself rather than the amount of credits available. I fully understand that companies have refund policies, and I respect that. However, I also believe customers deserve timely communication and that commitments to provide updates should be honoured. When a company repeatedly promises to revert but fails to do so, it undermines confidence in its customer service. I had hoped for a straightforward and fair resolution. Instead, the prolonged process became more frustrating than the original issue. Based on both the product and the customer support experience, I cannot recommend Presentations.AI.

I want to give negative stars immediately realized their platform doesn’t work for me and within an hour I asked for refund but they refused! They keep saying under review for last month! Don’t even think about using them
