Where has the old Prezzo gone?
Where has the old Prezzo gone? Just had lunch at Prezzo in Milton Keynes and what a huge disappointment. It feels like Prezzo has been replaced by a poor imitation of what it once was. The food was bland and tasteless, the service was poor and the whole experience felt completely soulless. We had to ask three times for service, while our waitress seemed to think she was doing us a huge favour by actually serving us. The goat’s cheese salad arrived with no dressing. We asked for olive oil and balsamic, only to be given a clear, tasteless oil that certainly didn’t taste or look like olive oil, more like a cheap vegetable oil substitute. Shame on you, Prezzo. This used to be somewhere we enjoyed visiting. Today was a huge disappointment and sadly, we won’t be rushing back.

Great apart from drinking water issues
Our party of 12 had a warm welcome at the Cambridge branch yesterday with attentive service and delicious food.Most food arrived in reasonable time considering the quality and variety of the ingredients but one of us had a somewhat late and burnt meal which could have been because we were a large party and food delivery drivers also had to be dealt with. Our waitress was very proactive in removing this meal from the bill. More worrying was the water micromanagement. Instead of a jug we each got a small glass of water and when we asked for more water we each got another glass, lest we catch sight of a jug and ask to hang onto it. If this was an attempt to upsell the other drinks it failed spectacularly as other drinks are not a substitute for water and we all ended up with at least three glasses, having ordered other drinks as well. Management really needs to reconsider this one. Prezzo asked for a review for their website, but the tech wouldn't let me write one so I am posting here.

Poor Management & Leadership
Customer Service is not something the female Manager in Lymington Branch is familiar with. Having produced a voucher received by email the day before & deliberately booking a table for 3 (some teens as a treat) we were told the voucher was not being recognised. A long wait pursued & then I realised it said only use on Thurs. I spoke to the Manager pointing out this error on my part & asking if she could kindly take another voucher into account seeing as we had spent approx £80 on 2 pasta dishes & a pizza! She bluntly declined saying 'that's for you to find! I asked for the wifi code in order to search & she declined to provide this too. I settled the bill in full but will NOT be returning to Lymington Branch & you can stop sending me all the voucher codes via email!

Poor quality food
Unseasoned, lukewarm pasta dish with a couple of tablespoons of cream as a tasteless sauce, hot chocolate fudge cake sauce was cold and solid. Not a cheap meal and very disappointed

Visited the Windsor Prezzo Restaurant…
Visited the Windsor Prezzo Restaurant and can honestly say I will definitely will be going back. The Manager Derek and his staff were truly amazing. I am wheelchair bound and they couldn't do enough for me. Sometimes Restaurants dont make wheelchair users welcome but Derek and his team went out of their way to make me welcome Thank you
