Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: I am particularly pleased with the friendly work environment and the experience of working in an international company. The work-life balance and flexible working hours provided by the company are good. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: There are sometimes difficulties such as the complexities and bureaucracy that come with being a large global company. Verbesserungsvorschläge: There is some appication but It would be good to increase the knowledge sharing between experienced employees and new employees. It would be good to create / update workflow systems within the company. Arbeitsatmosphäre: The company's got a solid reputation in its field. It's basically an engineering and expertise company, so its team members are qualified professionals. It's a bit bad thing that English is not used in the some tools and systems that are used in an international company like this. Work-Life-Balance: One of the biggest advantages of working at this company is that they really care about work-life balance. Working hours are flexible and I can work remotely when necessary, which allows me to be productive at work and still have enough time for my personal life. The management is also respectful of employees' personal time and we have no problems with taking time off when we need it. This approach increases both motivation and overall satisfaction at work. I also feel that my work performance is higher in the long run when there is a good work-life balance. Karriere/Weiterbildung: There are training opportunities within and outside the sector. It also offers German courses. Kollegenzusammenhalt: It's basically an engineering and expertise company, so its team members are qualified professionals. Vorgesetztenverhalten: Sometimes, because it is a large organization, the flow of information can be slow or some processes can take a long time, but in general, communication channels work well. The accessibility of managers and their openness to feedback also creates a positive effect. Kommunikation: Internal communication is generally strong and transparent. As employees, we communicate openly with each other and with our managers. Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: I think salaries could be improved a bit in some cases, but the overall package is not bad. The performance-based bonus and bonus system is also poor, as is the case throughout Germany. Gleichberechtigung: Everyone's ideas are valued and there is no room for discrimination or prejudice. Everyone has equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, race or position. Interessante Aufgaben: Since it provides international service, it is possible to work with a different country every week. It is a good opportunity to come together with different cultures. Working only for steel brings valuable expertise, on the other hand, working only for steel factories can be restrictive.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Die Aufgabenbereiche sind vielseitig und interessant. Lebenslanges Lernen steht immer wieder im Fokus sowie die internationale Zusammenarbeit sowohl standortintern als auch standortübergreifend. Image: Wird besser. Bis vor kurzem kannte man uns vor Ort nur als Siemensableger, so langsam machen wir uns auch als Primetals einen Namen Work-Life-Balance: Teilzeitmöglichkeiten, verschiedense Benefits dank neuer Kampagne wie z.B. Kinderbetreuungszuschuss Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: IG Metall Tarifvertragsleistungen Umgang mit älteren Kollegen: Möglichkeit zu Altersteilzeit Arbeitsbedingungen: flexible Arbeitszeiten, gute und neue EDV Infrastruktur
