Orders always get a technical issue and get majorly delayed!
This site does not work. It is hooked up to my Amazon Seller Account. When an order comes through there are always technical issues. They take so long to reply that the shipment time for the item is exceeded and then Amazon will close your seller account since this happens too often. Printify never helps within a reasonable time frame. They tell you there's an issue with the order but then they give you so many things that are not actually wrong with the order just so they buy more time in figuring out their own issues. This site POD is probably the worst. It is very unreliable and the customer service is awful. It's all bots and no actual help. Had to file a BBB Complaint as well. Very frustrating experince.

I have been designing merchandise for my businesses and ordering bulk from them for a few years now. I am almost always pleased with what I get. Sometimes a product doesn't work out the way you hope it will. But Printify has excellent communication, customer service, and turnaround time like 95% of the time, and that's pretty great. My newest business has spent about 2k on products I created using Printify. There is only one item I didn't love out of hundreds that we ordered. My favorite has been the T-shirts. We spent about $1500 between 3 T-shirt orders in the past 2 months. The quality is great and people love them.

The interface is easy and enjoyable
The interface is easy and enjoyable. a heads up pricing window on the banner bar might be helpful. I had no idea that I was paying for each placement until I was editing a shirt and deleted an image and the pricing window popped up. It disappeared again and I didn't know where to find it

Pretty Satisfied
So far I have no complaints with Printify. Almost everything has been accurate with quick response if its not. Ocassionally production is slower than I'd like but it's stated clearly in the the guidelines what the production times are. I am excited by the new products they have been adding.
