伟大的早餐，可以说是整个上海最强的早餐，及其值得体验和回味的，我和我的一位贵客都感到十分满意。 前台团队一直以最强的待客之道协助我的整个行程，包括在外面的行程中下雨淋的一塌糊涂之后。 感谢Rustin Yang在入住之前电话沟通和私人事项的多次超出期待的帮忙和协助，即使这次没有机会能够见到面。

Great value even without an upgrade
Booked a stay in Bali recently. Unfortunately the hotel was pretty booked up so no upgrade available but still a beautiful room. Due to the busy time, not much of an early check in or out but the included credit and breakfast certainly made booking through PrivateUpgrades a highlight. Could not get this rate and inclusions even by booking direct. Thank you and will be booking again soon!

Checked the reviews thought it was fishy because there aren’t that many bad reviews. Ended up booking since they didn’t even ask for prepayment. To my surprise not only an upgraded room but credits to use at the hotel. 100% recommend.

I would like to share my experience…at Alphonse XIII
I would like to share my experience from these four days at alfonso XIII * **Arrival and check-in:** Upon my arrival at 6:00 PM, there was no porter service at the entrance for the suitcase . Furthermore, even if i booked a grand deluxe I was assigned a room for guests with reduced mobility without any prior explanation and no upgrade. Having just spent three days with my brother, who uses a wheelchair, I would have appreciated being consulted beforehand to see if this type of room layout was suitable for me. However, I do wish to acknowledge the positive step of changing my room the very next day, following my request and after I had insisted. * **Pool service:** The experience at the pool bar was very disappointing. The sangria, priced at €16 (the most expensive I had during my stay in Seville), was sorely lacking in balance, with no detectable wine or fruit flavors. I am curious of how you made it ....... Moreover, it was not accompanied by any complimentary snacks. Finally, I found it unfortunate that it was impossible to order food there at 6:00 PM. Also at the check out you charge the breakfast for one night even if my bookings was 4 nights with breakfast included ( 70 euros charged). Fortunally i noticed this mistake Also i asked to send me the bild by email.....i didn t receive something....... It is a great shame that a building of such distinction falls so short in terms of the standards of hospitality and dining services. I hope these comments will help you improve your service quality.
