Unhelpful, unethical, self-interested.
Inquired to get residency permit and the new 0% foreign income tax. But after they collected my information, they told me the "ONLY" way to do that was if I buy a property for $200k, which is outright untrue. The honest answer would've been "sorry we are only interested in selling you a property". Even if I was looking to buy property I would stay away from a company that has only their own interest in mind.

This is a very professional company
This is a very professional company. They know the rules, regulations and laws very well. They guide you through the process step by step. They work with lawyers and an after sales property management team. One stop for property purchase, citizenship application and property management. I cannot say enough good things about Hamdy and Emre. Such sincere hard working and genuine guys that did not leave anything unattended for me. They were there for me to answer questions and they looked out for my best interest every step of the way. They cut no corners. Emre knows Istanbul inside out, like the back of his hand. The lawyers I worked with, Zeynep and Begüm, were absolutely terrific. Begüm was available by phone while I was overseas and helped me obtain and organize all the necessary documents and paperwork. She made all the arrangements for the meetings and citizenship application appointments to efficiently complete everything in a timely manner. Nadia thoroughly explained the property management aspects and was available to answer all our questions. I was able to speak with other employees at Property Türkiye as well. Zeeshan, Sufyan, Murtaza, and several others. Highly competent, responsive and friendly people. I feel I had an amazing experience working with them.
