Terrible Proxy Performance, Misleading Setup and Completely Useless Support

One of the worst proxy experiences I have had. I purchased an ISP proxy expecting a fast, stable and usable connection. What I received was the complete opposite. The first issue was the IP setup itself. The IP provided in the order turned out to be only an incoming gateway, while websites actually see a completely different external/exit IP. I only discovered this after testing the proxy on multiple IP-checking websites. This setup was not what I expected when purchasing an ISP proxy and, in my opinion, it should be explained much more clearly before payment. They later explained that with their “100% Uptime” option, the incoming IP remains the same while the external IP may automatically change on their server side. That explanation does not solve the actual problem. If I purchase a static ISP proxy, I expect it to be absolutely clear whether the external IP visible to websites is static, dedicated, shared, or subject to automatic changes. But the biggest problem is the HORRIBLE SPEED. I tested the proxy several times using independent services, including Cloudflare Speed Test, and also performed direct download tests through the proxy using cURL. One Cloudflare test showed approximately: Download: less than 1 Mbps Latency: 331 ms Jitter: 195 ms Direct testing through the proxy also showed extremely poor transfer speeds. This is not a minor slowdown — the service was painfully slow and practically unusable. I contacted customer support and clearly explained the problem. I provided screenshots, speed-test results and technical information showing exactly what was happening. Instead of actually investigating why my assigned proxy was performing so badly, they repeatedly insisted that there was no speed problem. This was extremely frustrating. Telling a customer that everything is fine while independent tests repeatedly show terrible performance is not customer support. I asked them to investigate the server, fix the performance, replace the proxy with a properly functioning one, or provide an appropriate solution. They did not solve my problem. Their explanation about gateways and automatic failover also completely missed the main complaint: THE PROXY WAS EXTREMELY SLOW. If your own testing shows less than 1 Mbps download speed, hundreds of milliseconds of latency, and huge jitter, while support simply tells you there is no issue, what exactly is the customer supposed to do? I paid for a service I expected to be fast and reliable. Instead, I spent my time troubleshooting, running tests, collecting screenshots and arguing with support just to prove that the service they provided was performing terribly. Very disappointing experience. Poor performance, confusing product behavior, and support that was completely unhelpful in resolving the actual issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Proxy-Seller. If you are considering buying an ISP proxy from them, I strongly recommend testing everything immediately — external IP, speed, latency, jitter and whether the IP is actually dedicated/static in the way you expect. A complete waste of my time and money. 1/5.

Price is good, quality is not

I have to tell the price is good but teh Quality is not that good so i get very bad MTU that is VPN and also i have tested some German / Poland and France proxies but with German there where a lot of problems so ISP didnt worked that well sometimes the connections breaks but the price is good if you need a proxy fast you can buy there but if you search very good Qualiyty its the wrong place
