No Reply and Stop my ads
I have been working with Publisher Collective for over five years—since 2021—but since March of this year, my new point of contact has stopped replying to emails after the original account manager left. All advertising on my websites was suspended starting in July. Given that my site traffic has dropped significantly over the past two years, if the suspension was indeed due to traffic falling below their minimum requirements, I feel they should have notified me in advance. That way, I could have made appropriate plans, rather than having the ads simply shut off without any response to my emails.

Publisher Collective isn't great to…
Publisher Collective isn't great to work with. I have worked with them for around 9 years when it was called Snigel. When Snigel merged with Publisher Collective, the payments stopped coming, and the people's behaviour altogether changed, maybe because of the change in upper management.

Felt very misled and they terminated our agreement after 5 years with little notice.
I was with Publisher Collective and Network N for almost 5 years. Before I joined, they showed me complex spreadsheets showing how much more money I would make with them compared to Adsense. Sure, when I joined, the revenue was higher than Adsense but not by much. Nowhere near the levels of what they suggested so ever since then, I felt pretty misled by them but stayed with them out of laziness really. I did say at the start that traffic to my website ebbs and flows depending on what movie is coming out. In January 2026, I received an email telling me that they were ending our partnership, claiming that traffic had fallen in the last few months. Sure, but that's to be expected since our traffic is dependent on whether a new film in our series is coming out. When I queried it, all I got was a robotic reply repeating what I'd just said. It's funny, in my original contract, it says that either party would have had to give 3 months' notice to terminate the agreement. They just gave me 10 days to clear off. It's somewhat bittersweet. I am glad to be gone, really. This is a company that doesn't seem to care and is quite happy to break its own contracts.

Broken contract
After a number of years with Publisher Collective, we were unceremoniously dropped from their group, with two weeks' notice. This broke their own contract (three-month terms on both sides), and when this was questioned, we were told there was nothing they could do. However, after this was set to go through, we were then offered an opportunity to stay with the group. I will continue to update this rating based on our ongoing experience in rebuilding our working relationship.

Best ad partner I worked with
Hi had a great experience with Snigel. They were able to meet to help me get my money monetized on time. I had tried other providers before and was let down but Snigel supported me really well. Because of this I've been able to quit my day job due to the revenue increase
