Massage Gun Disintegrated
Purchased the Pulseroll in 2022. We used it occasionally and it was really good. We used it maybe once a week at a push for the first year. After that we only used it if we had some aches, so not very often. I realised after about two years the plastic was cracking. We hadn't dropped the item and we'd looked after it. Always in the case when we weren't using it. By this time we were hardly using it. Eventually the entire case just fell to pieces. The plastic clearly wasn't up to the vibrations over a period of time. I was disappointed that it disintegrated so easily as I don't feel we used it that much. I contacted the company to share my experience. I knew it was out of warranty so wasn't expecting anything from them. But they should know that their products fall to pieces after two years. I reckon with regular use it would fail within a year. Sadly they didn't even respond. And after reading others experiences they seem to refuse to communicate with customers. That is very poor. I wouldn't buy from this company again.

Totally dead after 12 month warranty…
Totally dead after 12 month warranty ran out. Absolutely no response from pulse roll. Apparently the supposed rechargeable batteries cannot be replaced. My whole kit is unused looks brand new and is going in the bin.

Avoid avoid no customer service at all
I bought a pulseroll foam roller and within 12 months it is completely dead and not charging. I have sent numerous emails to pulseroll over the last month and I have had zero response. Phone number on their website is dead. £80 down the drain. Do not buy from this company. There are better alternatives on Amazon.

We bought the Ignite Invigor head …
We bought the Ignite Invigor head at the suggestion of our MSK therapist and it's been fabulous for our daughter. She has a condition that makes getting comfortable almost impossible and suffers from spasms but the head really helps calm the twitches!

I bought a Pulseroll massage gun and…
I bought a Pulseroll massage gun and was initially happy with it, but after charging, the device suddenly stopped working. It now only shows three red lights and doesn’t turn . I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps and emailed the company several times over the past few weeks, but I haven’t received any response at all. It’s really disappointing to experience this kind of silence from a company, especially after buying a higher-end product. I expected at least some level of support. At this point, I have no working device and no help from Pulseroll.
