Easy Experience
(Note: this review is specifically for punkrave.ch, not the Punk Rave label.) The Punk Rave label can be found in a bunch of online stores, but I particularly like the selection available at punkrave.ch. They offer sales frequently, and most of their items contain detailed sizing charts (well, at least the men's items -- I haven't ordered any women's items), so you can make sure you order just the right size. I've been ordering from them for two years now and have never had any issues ... that is, until my most recent order, when I got a little too lax with measurements, and the items turned out to be too big. I emailed customer service to ask about an exchange, and Emanuele was quite helpful. Even though they ship from Hong Kong, the returns go to a facility in California, so the return shipping charges are reasonable. Of course, it's not as easy as Amazon's free returns, but the huge selection they offer that you won't find on Amazon, along with the reasonable return shipping, makes it worth it for me to take the stab at purchasing clothes online through them. A few more tips: they are an international company, so if you're in the US, 1) give yourself a week or two to get the item, and 2) use a credit card that doesn't have foreign exchange fees.

Good products and good customer service
I made an order with extra coast for a fast shipping, but it arrived a little bit after the date. As before I get it I had already write to the customer service to have some news about my order, they kindly refunded me the extra coast for the delay after I finally received my order. I’m very happy with customer service. About the products, I know Punk Rave for many years and still love them, this is good quality (I have some clothes for many years too, and they are still in a good state), and the jean I bought this time seems to be in good quality too.

bought 3 items, a skirt, shorts and leg warmers. literally waited ages to receive them and when received they all fit a little small so tried to return (the order was £150 and desperately wanted the money back) only to get weak communication in response. i ended up losing a little weight so kept the items and wore the £90 ish leg warmers out ONE TIME and there’s already a big hole in them. the other items r fine so far but honestly so disappointed in the experience with this brand after hearing so much good stuff
