I now have rings and things
I now have rings, bracelets and necklaces from Pureform. Each is well made and as presented In advertisements. I receive comments and compliments on each piece. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, when I found a flaw in their product upon unpacking, Customer Service and responsiveness was exceptional and my satisfaction was assured and followed up by conscientious people. I couldn’t ask for better value for my money nor better designs and workmanship.

A conversation starter piece of jewelry!
The purchase I did in this site, has been by far the best online buying experience I have ever had. The bracelet that I bought, is of an extreme good quality, it looks good on and off my wrist, it definitely is a conversation starter piece. Their customer support is top tier! simply awesome, my order presented a little hick up and it was satisfactorily resolved within the next 24 hrs, no questions asked, you do not see that level of care and understanding everyday and definitely not from every company! I will definitely buy more from them in the near future! Keep up the awesome job guys!

Good value for the cost
Good value for the cost. They are new so I’m hoping the non tarnish and waterproof qualities hold true. I do like the look.

Overall I think they offer a decent…
Overall I think they offer a decent product for a decent price. I ordered three bracelets and the “Ruby” one arrived quite orange in color rather than a deep red as seen in their marketing. I contacted their support and was offered a replacement at no charge, which was a very reasonable offer. However, when the replacement piece arrived the stones were still orange. I’ve worn the pieces daily for more than a month, I haven’t seen any signs of tarnish. I do wish they would improve the design of their clasps but overall they are decent. I appreciate the intention behind their customer service (response times were reasonable).

What beautiful pieces!
What beautiful pieces! I ordered 2 tennis bracelets and a 1 carat blue sapphire necklace. The tennis bracelets are beautiful, but the 1 carat necklace seems small and the chain is thin and looks a little cheap. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, but the stones are beautiful!
