I liked that customer support replied…
I liked that customer support replied quickly when I asked about taking it with food. Small thing, but it gave me more confidence in the brand. Product has been good so far.

If I could give a minus rating I would. In January, I ordered one bottle with the intention of giving it to a friend of mine who was going through leukaemia treatment I use a liquid form of Blackseed oil that I’m satisfied with. When I noticed the repeat subscription, I immediately wrote to the company and tried to impress upon them that I did not order a repeat subscription and ask them to cancel to repeat subscription and accessing my credit card without my authorization, they told me I had to wait until the end of month of a subscription. On the website, it said subscriptions can cancel anytime. More importantly I did not sign up for a repeated deliveries. What they did next was telling they started sending the bottles in increasing numbers, in batches. Each bottle was $47 by the end of it, I paid $101.70 on March 26, 2026 and $117 on April 26, 2026. I’m left with about 7 sealed bottles of Ethiopian Blackseed oil, I did not order but paid for. I reported it to PayPal still under review. I reported it to my credit card company who launched an investigation andcancelled and replaced the card on the account; circumvented the new card and accessed my account again for payments I did not authorize.. They’re claiming to my credit card provider investigating the fraudulent access that they access the account for $47 which was the initial purchase, the only legitimate purchase, never addressing the subsequent payments they access. I have not used the Blackseed oil because of the unethical practises of this company, not knowing for certain whether the product is as they say.

Stay away! Stay far far away
I do not write reviews as my time is limited but people need to know this company is horrid! I ordered a one time item as a trial and was entered into a subscription that I did not authorize. I have so far received 2 unauthorized orders and after multiple attempts to cancel the subscription and get refunded for the shipments I have yet to see any of my money or any of the product that I supposedly ordered even after multiple replies saying "my refund is on the way." Also, very questionable product quality and results in my opinion. Stay away! Stay far away!
