Pylontech lazy support
I sended an email to Pylontech support asking if there batteries were compatible with my solax inverter. To make things easy i attatched a foto of my inverter with specifications and serial number, and also the manual of the inverter. Next day they, answered that my inverter is no longer compatible with pylontech batteries because solax changed the protocol but pylon. protocol is still the same. I answered that in the inverter manual us2000c is 100% compatible. 2nd email they repeated the answer they gave in the first email, always short emails, because words are too expensive. I was starting to think that they have some kind of difficult reading and writing english and watching email attachments, I decided to ask a friend to borrow me a pylon, battery, and for my surprise it works perfectly in CAN protocol. Once more i decided to confront Pylontech representative for Portugal and Spain telling them my results, and noticing them they they were lazy, about helping me. They answered me telling that it was there obligation telling me about the compatibility issue, but they never wrote sory about our lack of commitment. Pylontech has the worst technical support i ever experienced, they don't have people with experience, sensibilty and empathy enough to help us. I have read posts of people complaining about that, but i gave pylontech a chance, but i shouldn't...it is all true, pylontech is not a good company to work with. I hope this experience can help other users to get the best deal, this is not just about selling, in my case i was about to spend 5000 euros in a new solar system, when with 800 euros i can just keep using my old solar system.

Pylontech Power cube X1 after 2 years…
Pylontech Power cube X1 after 2 years holds less than 50% charge. Pylontech support is practically inexistent. I have been waiting 5 months for a resolution and still nothing. Their 10 years warranty is a joke. DO NOT BUY PYLONTECH.

i purchase new pylontech fidus battery but faulty piece.
i purchase new pylontech fidus battery, but new battery didn't work at the time of installation, it's not work even a single 1 day. I contact with shopkeeper & customer care of pylontech, They didn't not any support even today, There warrenty is totally fraud and scam. please don't purchase pylontech battery.

Failed within two years and no customer service
We had a Pylontech battery installed as part of our solar panel installation. Due to WiFi glitches we have discovered that our battery ceased charging in June or July last year. The battery is still under guarantee but Pylontech will not engage with our supplier. Meanwhile we do not have the system we paid for. Shoddy customer service. There are plenty of battery manufacturers out there and I would suggest you find another.

El servicio técnico de Pylontech es una absoluta vergüenza profesional. Tras fallar mi sistema de dos baterías en paralelo, su "equipo de ingeniería" denegó la garantía alegando falsas sobrecargas externas y afirmando por escrito que la batería sufría un "daño irreversible en las celdas y era inservible".La realidad los ha dejado en ridículo ante la física más elemental:Su "daño irreversible" era falso: Decían que las celdas estaban destruidas, pero apliqué una carga externa supervisada por mi cuenta y la batería ha resucitado por completo. Está funcionando a la perfección. No estaba rota, su propio software (BMS) la había bloqueado mal y su "ingeniería" ni se enteró.Diagnostican equipos que ni han mirado: Emitieron el informe usando únicamente los datos de la batería que ahora funciona. De la segunda batería (la que sí está muerta), ni se molestaron en mirar los registros. Usan el historial de una batería sana para denegar la garantía de otra rota.Desconocimiento de la Ley de Ohm: Al estar conectadas en paralelo, una sobrecarga externa real del inversor habría afectado a las dos por igual. Que una funcione perfectamente y la otra esté muerta demuestra un defecto de fabricación interno aislado que no quieren asumir.He cerrado la incidencia por mi cuenta porque no merece la pena perder el tiempo con una empresa que inventa diagnósticos plantilla para estafar al cliente. Huyan de esta marca. El soporte es nefasto y su ingeniería, un chiste.
