Two different reasons, eight days, a deleted ticket
I ordered a Dallas bare-metal server on 18 August and paid in full. Qonzer's dedicated servers page lists a 7-day build time for every location, so I waited the full week before chasing. On day seven I was told an update was coming "in hours", then that the deployment team were "checking with our data centres", then that deployment "in most locations is 7-14 days" - a figure that appears nowhere on their site. On 25 August, seven days into that order, they sold me a second server for Sydney. £478.20 in total. The next day both orders were cancelled and refunded without my being asked. In the live chat I was told the reason was a fault on their website that had priced the servers below cost. In their public reply below, the reason has become that their datacentre could not supply the hardware. Those are two different explanations for the same decision, and I have the chat log. I had already said, in writing, that I would pay the corrected price. I was refunded anyway. Only afterwards was I told a higher-spec 9950X could be online within 24 hours - an option never mentioned during the eight days I spent being told the hold-up was hardware. The support ticket documenting all of this has since been deleted from my account and now returns "the requested ticket could not be found". To be fair: the refund was processed in full and promptly. But their reply says they refund as soon as they know they cannot deliver. They took a second order from me on day seven. Both cannot be true.

Breathe of Fresh Air
Been running our communities with other companies for a couple of years. The DDoS attacks we were getting never stopped. Found Qonzer advertising qNet. The attacks are still going on but we can't even tell anymore. Pricing is fair and the packages are great! Not selling slots is a real breathe of fresh air. Displaying the live server stats on the panel is a first I've seen. Support answers my questions instantly. Stars was super helpful in getting my Space Engineers server up when we first came over! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Been running a modded DayZ server …
Been running a modded DayZ server on Qonzer for close to a year now. Solid uptime, and when I needed to scale up fast for a public stress test on short notice, they sorted the upgrade quickly without any hassle and players said it ran great for being a very demanding stress test. The panel for the game servers is clean and works well with the FTP client I use, which makes managing files a lot less of a hassle. Support is genuinely friendly too - real people in chat, not a bot, easy to stay in contact with. Also great availability, almost always someone in chat to help out. I also like that pricing is based on performance rather than per player slot, which fits a growing modded server a lot better than the usual slot-based model. Would recommend to anyone running a modded DayZ server. 5/5.
