Somebody needs to shut down this scam…
Somebody needs to shut down this scam operation. Do not under any circumstances use their services. They use dark patterns to make you believe it's free. I generated a qr code that I printed on business cards, 2 weeks later the code doesn't work and I need to pay $120!!!! Now I have to re-print my business cards, how is this legal, shut them down and sue them!

Lamentable. Vous pensez que c'est la création d'un QRCode gratuit puis, au bout de 14 jours vous devez vous abonner. Paiement annuel de minimum 96 € avec une remise de 50% renouvelable automatiquement ou un abonnement mensuel de 16 €. Avec ou sans durée obligatoire? Impossible de trouver la réponse. Quand les choses ne sont pas claires, cela devient un site à éviter.

Unhappy and not affordable
They automatically build dynamic QRs so you are locked into paying. You can build static QRs but it is not the default and that is on purpose. Be very careful if you are looking for a free QR service. Or even if an affordable QR service. This one is not affordable at all. $40 to keep 2 QRs alive for 2 months is highway robbery.

They let me print 10,000 tags with a QR code that dies in 14 days
I signed up for the 14-day free trial. No payment card was required, and nothing in the flow made it unmistakably clear that what I was downloading would stop working. I downloaded my QR code in print quality - including SVG and EPS. Those are prepress formats. Their only purpose is commercial printing. So I did what anyone would do with them: I sent the file to a printing press, had 10,000 product tags produced, and attached them to my products. The code died 14 days after I created it. Since then, every customer who scans one of my tags is shown a QRCG page reading "The QR Code Campaign has been disabled for some reason." Their own dashboard counts 142 scans so far, rising by about 3 a week as the remaining tags ship. That dead short link is printed on all 10,000 of them. I sent a detailed complaint. I did not ask for money - I was never charged and I wanted no refund. I asked for exactly one thing: a permanent 301 redirect from that dead short link to my own website. One database record. The reply arrived 12 seconds later, from an AI agent, and addressed none of it. I requested escalation to a human. That reply arrived 9 seconds later - from the same AI agent. It refused to name anyone handling the case, refused to confirm that any escalation had happened, and stated that they offer no phone support and no live support. Two formal complaints. Two bot replies in under 15 seconds combined. No human at any point. The 14-day trial itself is fair enough. Offering prepress exports of an asset you know expires in 14 days, without an unmissable warning at the download button, is not. Static codes never expire; dynamic ones die with the trial. That distinction belongs on the download screen - not buried in a help centre article you only find afterwards. To anyone reading this before you print: never put a QR code on paper unless the domain inside it belongs to you. Paper cannot be updated. If the link routes through someone else's domain, they can switch your product off - and one day they will.

Total scam website. They make you think the service is free, but after 14 days, your QR code suddenly stops working without any warning, and then they demand payment to keep using it.
